Other iPhone 11, Pro, Pro Max (2019) Best Buy US Pre-orders, Orders and Delivery Status Thread

Forgot to add, I got an email sent to me from Best Buy saying my order shipped.

I think BB is the underdog this year with orders, because of the bad rep from previous years so A LOT of people avoided BB this year, but looks like we rooted for the underdog and won this year, every thread is having issues with their orders and it looks like all of us are getting our phones on launch date!

You were right that the phone is shipping from Best Buy stores. It's kind of funny, my phone is shipping from a store across the state, lol
 
The fact that everyone is now getting their confirmations is making me feel a lot better! I sold my XS Max last Thursday to pay for this new one so I was very worried about my order being pushed out and being without a phone for longer than anticipated. lol

Which is a great idea in theory... But if the store drops the ball and doesn't follow protocol/doesn't ship them out in time or whatever the case may be customers suffer. Most likely most people's orders will go smoot.

I still have an 11 Pro that I have no shipping info on. I still have hope. It's okay though because the 11 Pro Max that I'll get tomorrow is mine, and the 11 Pro is my wife's. She can wait, I can't :D

If the store wants credit at the end of the month from the sale. They will fulfill it because if they don’t. Best Buy just sends the order to another store with stock and gives them the credit.

Then it will tell you the status of the order (automated person) at the end there is an option for tracking information. Mine gave me a UPS number. And for what its worth, i ordered mine yesterday. Also, no ones status says Preparing for Shipment. Right now most are at Arriving tomorrow (delivery) and Preparing for Pickup if you are going to the store.

Not mine. Still says preorder for pickup tomorrow.

Mine said “being prepared” on the 888 number. Nothing online. This is definitely a new process for me lol

FWIW many phones are now showing “preorder now and we will tell you when it’s ready, or giving dates a week later. So they seem to actually tracking and reconciling these orders ...

For those of you that got shipping notice already, did any of you order after 9/15?

I am still waiting for shipping info. :(
