Other iPhone 11, Pro, Pro Max (2019) Best Buy US Pre-orders, Orders and Delivery Status Thread

I called the 888 bestbuy number on my 11 Pro that hasn't shipped yet to get tracking information. The tracking information was available this time, but doesn't show up on UPS site yet.
 
If i dont receive iphone pro max tomorrow for my wife - i will go to apple store and buy one time full payment and tell apple advisor that BB suck , apple win , ...
 
Porting 4 lines. 3 are good but one got canceled. No one at att or Best Buy knew why. Wtf
 
After hearing horror stories year after year about Best Buy missing deliveries for iPhones and even galaxy phones I would never order from them unless i just didn’t care how late it would arrive

They lost your 4th number?

If so make them compensate you.

One of my co-workers accidentally did this same mistake at best buy and the store ended up giving the customer a $500 best buy gift card for the issue. The customer complained saying that she had that number for years and how she had to contact everyone and give them her new number.

I ordered through Best Buy today for pickup. I had the ATT Next and my balance was 0.

Question: Since I'm not paying that ATT $5, will i be eligible for Next-UP (the new method). It's confusing presently as they keep changing the rules. I will definitely want the phone next year. This years phone is nice, but I will all want 5G when that happens, as many of you will :) .

So should I call ATT? It's not like I'm going to ask the Geek Squad (If I want to keep my sanity). Has anyone figured this out? :D

When did you preorder your phone if you don’t mind me asking?
 
If your in-store pickup order moved to "Preparing for Pickup Tomorrow", that means the store received your phone and it is ready for you tomorrow. Calling to inform you your phone is ready for tomorrow is not required but is a courtesy some stores will do to ensure their customers all is well.

Next: be ready for the "Ready for Pickup" email to hit sometime overnight.

Oh this is good to know!! Thank you! I really hope I’ll have it tomorrow, I’ve had the 7 plus for years and I’m so ready for an upgrade 😬

Well... I bought the 11 Max today (actually a couple hours ago) for in-store pickup 20th. So they have stock, which means tracking and shipping may not be relevant. It will depend on how together BB is in regards to this. I don't know their track record with these launches, so I'm not expecting anything. I like BB, and these launches must strain the limits of orderly client experience, so if they screw up, so what. Usually when I go in the stores they are a bunch of kids. Apple stores aren't any better, but I think they have a much better grip on this process.

I'm pretty shocked. I ordered on BB.com this morning, one 11pro and one 11pro max for my wife. Both are ready to be picked up tomorrow. My email status says preparing for delivery, but I called and it says ready for pickup.

Anyone know if they open early tomorrow?
 
Why are you shocked? It's like this every year. I'll bet the Apple stores will have them. It's the online Apple store that is backordered.

They have plenty of stock, and demand is so-so, I would imagine. At least there was no drama from what I could see. Who knows.
 
Sigh, mine still just says pre-ordered but that pickup will be “available on release day.” No movement at all...

Ordered for in-store pickup on Wednesday.
