Other iPhone 11, Pro, Pro Max (2019) Best Buy US Pre-orders, Orders and Delivery Status Thread

The tracking info I got from the 888 number says no package found. Back to being worried again. Doesn’t look like I’m getting this by tomorrow if the tracking isn’t in the system yet.
 
I've have an account with UPS so anything coming to my address just automatically shows up on the UPS app... I'll keep my eye out there to see if a package materializes. So far it hasn't. But when it's still "waiting to be picked up" it won't show. Not until the driver actually has it.

I'll try calling the 888 number in a bit...

Relax man lol. I got a tracking number too from the 888 number, but doesn't show up in UPS yet. I am sure we will get them tomorrow.

Just got the second notice that my iPhone pro max green is also ready for pickup tomorrow! Ya!

I meant to say “preparing for pickup tomorrow”.

Anyone else with in store pick up not seeing any changes yet? Pre order date is 09/16/19 the charge on my account is now pending again with a date of 09/19/19. Order status shows "Pre-ordered"/ "In progress"

I pre-ordered on the 14th for pick up and no movement. I spoke to a rep who said will be fine and that orders are getting updated based on when the order was placed. So still a waiting game.

Well, I called the 888 bestbuy number, asked for the tracking number. She told me the item releases on the 20th but I may not get it on the 20th. I told her that my Best Buy account still says arriving tomorrow and she told me as much as Best Buy would love me to have it tomorrow if doesn’t look like that will happen as it still says preparing on her end. I asked just to confirm one last time “so then there’s no tracking number?” Her answer was no.

fwiw, both of my orders still say “arriving tomorrow” not preparing for shipment like some others here. I know that phone agents don’t always have all the information when it comes to launches like this, so there’s that, but the iPhone having not shipped by 1:30pm EST is not a good sign that it will be showing up tomorrow.

Has anybody received the email for their in store pick up preorder stating that it’s ready for pick up tomorrow? Mine says preparing for pick up, I’m just curious to see if anybody’s is actually ready yet!
 
Didn’t get anything for in-store yet except one of my phones got a “there is an issue, please call the 888 number” even though online status doesn’t have anything out of the ordinary.

When did you place the order and what did you order?

When you call the 888 number just give the phone number under your myBestBuy account. Then it will tell you the status of the order (automated person) at the end there is an option for tracking information. Mine gave me a UPS number. And for what its worth, i ordered mine yesterday. Also, no ones status says Preparing for Shipment. Right now most are at Arriving tomorrow (delivery) and Preparing for Pickup if you are going to the store.

I tried that but the system didn’t give me an option for a tracking number.
 
When I called the 888 number, it said my iPhone is ready for pick up!! Does anybody else’s say that?

Best Buy Amarillo stock has about 30-40 of each configuration. Insane. Used to work at a mobile store and I know a manager at that big box.

But Best Buy does treat there stores as warehouses so they ship from store.

I placed my orders at around 8:15 and 8:20am EST respectively on the 13th. One 11 pro 256gb space grey, and one 11 pro max 256gb midnight green, both for Verizon.
