Well, since they aren't able to deliver on launch day, I would think they would expedite everything.
No one seems to be able to answer my question or maybe I'm not explaining it correctly. I placed my order on 9/11. O got the estimate for 11/01-11/30. But if I were to place a new order today I would get the estimate of 9/27-10/10. According to T-Mobile shipping estimates on T-Mobile's website. Is this enough clarity to get an accurate answer??! This is what I sent to the agents on the T-Mobile account app. Can anyone add to this question
I think since you placed the order first, you'll be ahead of orders placed after you. Thus, you will receive the phone within the time frame of the new shipping dates. Otherwise it doesn't make sense..
The November range is just an estimate. You may get it sooner. Not sure I'd take the chance of cancelling and reordering.
i would not cancel your current order, if you feel you can get the phone sooner by ordering today, go ahead and order but dont cancel your original order just yet. i honestly dont think you'll get it sooner for the model you want since both black models are pretty much in low quantities. unless you ordered a different color and size. like a 32gb silver would get to you faster than a matte black 128gb.
Same here, just went and checked. I have 1 pending charge on my credit card for 1 of my orders but not for the 2nd phone I ordered at the same time. 2 different color phones so maybe 1 will be delivered before the other.
Shows UPS for me as well under Delivery.

People over here are missing out on some updates from the original thread. Not all plus participants came over here.
One person just posted pics of a matte black plus along with a gold he didn't order! They got 1 out of his 5 phones right. Sent him a phone he didn't order, said they sent him 3 when it was just 2. Mess!
My order for a matte black 32gb with shipping of 9/27-10/10 now says being processed. It had read order placed previously. That's a good sign right? Well one can hope at least
