Mine was ordered 40m after the beginning of sales, headed to Italy. Couriers here are working nominally. Apple store still says "preparing for shipping" (since Saturday), delivery date 24-27/4 and I couldn't find the UPS tracking info from the reference number (my phone number). Tried with and without international prefix, with + and 00. Nothing. Tried also by order number, and also by removing the last two digits.
Ordered mine one hour after sales started. Apple store says "preparing to ship" and delivery date still says 24 April. My case arrived by DHL yesterday on the day it was supposed to and originated in Netherlands, through Brussels then Copenhagen to Helsinki.
Nope - where are you based? I'm in Aus. Not sure if its definitely UPS or if could be FEDEX or DHL etc?
Well apparently the iPhone SE2 is so small it somehow breaks the space/time continuum and can be in two places at once:

Well, mine hit Shanghai today, and I got the email from UPS just now advising me of possible delay. Ordered mine within 10 minutes of pre-orders opening.
I ordered two phones within 15 minutes of launch. I live in the northeastern US, and UPS tracking says delivery date still the 24th. Showing the package is in Osaka, Japan? Or perhaps in transit from there.
Edit: After looking at the detailed view it says that it was in Alaska a day before it was in Japan. Whatever

I also got notification of possible delay this morning on my white 256gb - but the UPS website says the package is in Shanghai and still says end of day on 4/24. Guess they will straighten it out when they know more.

I had a similar scenario happen to me last year. UPS stated my phone went to Alaska back to China back to Alaska.

Yep, same here for my 128 white. We'll see if it's delayed or not as the week goes on.
Well, update: as of this morning, about an hour and a half ago, it was in Shanghai. Then I got the email about an hour ago that it may be delayed. Now the flag on the item has changed from a yellow "Exception" to a green "In Transit" and it's now in Incheon, South Korea. I expect that part of the information backlog has to do with getting out of the host country.
In other news, I'm deciding what to name the device (not that I refer to my devices by name, just that it has a name on the network, just like all devices). Traditionally, my devices are named for Lost characters. But I've gone through a lot of them now, and I'm running out of names. I was considering, "Not Penny's Phone".
EDIT: Oh! Since I'm putting a baseball case on it, I should do some kind of baseball reference. "Not Brad Penny's Phone"! Or "Not Piniella's Phone" lol.
