Also, I noticed that the blue leather loop from Apple is more of a navy blue whereas the third party LL seems to be a brighter blue. Is this the case for those of you that own a non OEM LL?

Has anyone ordered from this seller? http://www.ebay.com/itm/381332872973
I ordered a blue leather loop Saturday. According to the seller, it shipped Monday. However, the tracking number can't be found in usps's system and according to eBay it just says shipping info received, not in transit.
The item was supposed to be located in New Jersey but I'm starting to think it's either coming from China or they are waiting to receive shipment from China before they actually send it to me. Either way it's a very shady practice and one that I don't have much patience for.

I just ordered one yesterday afternoon and received the shipping email this morning. I specifically ordered from that guy because I am located in NJ as well but we'll see where the package actually comes from. The shipping method is USPS first class so no tracking number for me. Do you receive yours yet?

I also ordered from this seller yesterday and got a shipping email without tracking info this morning (First Class does have tracking). Experience tells me nothing has really been shipped yet. We'll see.

I am also wanting to order from that seller. Seeing no one has had good experience yet or received their item, I will hold off for now. Please leave some feedback and possibly some photos whenever you guys receive this LL from this seller. Thanks.

I can confirm a tracking number for USPS 1st class, as I ordered a red LL from "Freedomoclock09" and was notified via email for item shipped with a tracking included. Traced, it is coming out of Utica, NY, so I'm assuming they had it in stock. I'm hoping the same for your seller, and he just hasn't updated yet.

I took delivery of this one today from a UK seller http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/141715393...49&var=440843341638&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT and whilst initally impressed with the quality and feel (despite there being a small gap at the side of one adapter although not too much to really notice), having only been wearing it a few hours, the magnets are a tad loose and the strap has come undone on three occasions!!!

So, apart from that, the quality is good but weak magnets on this type of enclosure is a deal breaker so I would not recommend.

Instead of real leather, I really want a natural rubber band look as close as Apple Classic Buckle, with similar lightness, but full water proof, so I don't have to worry about getting it wet or soak in water at all, and still have a more formal look than black sport band plus with comfort of natural rubber.

I just order a Hirsch Pure Black from Amazon, I will report back on how it look and feel.

No, but I contacted the seller yesterday and he replied this morning. He apologized and said he would look into the matter. I checked the shipping about an hour after I got his email and low and behold my package finally had some movement. Says it left New Jersey this morning and on the way to me. I still think he was probably waiting to receive the bands from China before he sent them out.

My email from him had tracking info but when I went to track the package, it kept telling me it was an invalid number. So, I called USPS and they told me that the number was invalid and that they had no package for me in there system. I think they are scared of getting bad reviews so they give false info hoping you won't check to buy them time to ship you merchandise that they don't actually have yet.
I've bought from the Utica guy before and haven't ever had any issues. Not sure with this guy though

Sorry, I meant the Utica guy, not the NJ guy.

What do you mean the magnets are a tad loose. Also what were you doing when the strap came undone. I had the strap of my 3rd Party 42mm Light Blue Leather Loop come loose once, when I was sitting down at the dining room table and reached for something and notice the strap was loose. I have tried to replicate and I can't. I thought it was user error for me, that I didn't put the band on tight enough through the loop and the magnet wasn't set properly. I know the magnets are not as strong as the OEM version, but you are the only other person, besides me that had the strap come loose.

On two occasions it was after picking up and putting down my 18 month old son, I reckon on putting him down I lightly brushed the strap with him, the other time just appeared to come loose randomly. Three times in just a few hours is too many, can't really trust it.

The strap was not too tight but certainly not loose, it was as I would hope and want to wear it, shame really as the quality of the strap itself was decent.

Thanks for answering. Why didn't you return it or write the seller that their is a defect. The magnets not holding seems to be a defect. I know the guy that I bought it from had a 14 day return policy and guarantees product for 180 days. As I said, it happened once to me, but can't duplicate it. I even carried my 13 pound Bichon down stairs and nothing. You possibly got an early version with weaker magnets.

Just got my 38mm red leather loop today, and I'm really impressed! The quality, look, fit, and feel are great. Magnets are strong, no slipping, attaches to the watch well, and the red looks great with the SS watch and the red color watch face. Here's the link to the eBay seller, with a couple of pics:

Yep! I've worn it all day each day since I got it. Magnets are plenty strong. I can't compare that to an OEM Apple leather loop because I haven't tried one, but I can't imagine the Apple band magnets being much stronger. It hasn't loosened a bit during each day as I wear it, and I wear my bands pretty tight. It's comfortable, fits the watch well, quality seems good, and looks great. I've already gotten comments on it. Totally happy so far.

Just Received my Red Leather Loop from eBay seller jennyliushi.

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Genuine-Ston...t=LH_DefaultDomain_0&var=&hash=item463d36c576

Fast Shipping and the Band is perfect! Well it is a tad short on the connections, but all of them are. It's $180 (Canadian) less than the Original so I'm not fussed about it.

Looks Great! Magnets seem fine. (Don't mind my scrawny, hairy wrist):

FFIW my wrist size is 165mm and it does fit fine unless you super tighten it (to the point where I would feel uncomfortable).

I own the non oem blue 42mm Leather loop. It is not as bright as some of the pictures show. Also in video reviews of the the OEM Blue Leather Loop, each video I see, the color looks different depending on light and camera used. I also own OEM Black Medium Leather Loop. I have seen the OEM Blue LL in stores and on the web in reviews, but no side by side for comparison. Does anyone have both and can take pictures or video? I live near an Apple Store so possibly I could go next week to try to compare.

Hi guys

I'm expecting to receive my watch sgs in a week and would really like to order a black leather loop. I've been going through the posts here and just really wanted to check if any eBay seller has one with a perfect fit i.e. without any gaps or spaces between the watch and the band. I'm outside of the U.S. so need a seller who provides international shipping. Thanks for your help in advance.

Cheers

Does anyone have the Non OEM brown or stone Leather loop either 38 or 42? I want one more leather loop to go into my rotation. I already have an 42mm OEM Black leather loop and a 42mm NON OEM Blue Leather Loop. I don't want the red one, so I am deciding either getting the Brown or the Stone color. Not sure which one I like yet. Wanted to know if anyone got one of those colors yet, and if so can you post pictures.

So yesterday I received my red LL for my Silver Sport 42mm. So far I'm liking it; magnets are plenty strong, length is fine for my wrist, which is fairly large (I wear the M/L SB on the third hole). Red color is great. My only thing with it is, I'm not sure if it's real leather. I'm no expert on leather, and I only had a small bit of time with the OEM LL at the Apple Store try on way back in April, so I'm not sure. To those that have both OEM and non OEM: do they feel the same?

I have an OEM black LL and non OEM BLUE LL. I really can't tell the difference with the feel. They both feel the same. Is it real leather, I can't say definitely, but it feels great on my wrist and no rashes on my wrist. I can only wear leather on my wrist or I have a reaction. I actually had a little reaction with the non OEM the first day, but that seemed to be some chemical on the band. Once I cleaned the band by Apple's method(cloth damp warm water and let dry overnight) I have had no problem with the band. Don't even realize it is on.
