@kjwamlex talked to UPS and our packages still have to clear customs. UPS said the lockdowns shouldn’t effect this, my guess is because customs would be considered essential. It should've already since it's UPS World Ease (one customs check for all the packages)
That post was only referrring to packages still in China; ours departed there on the 12th. Wouldn't have a departure scan if it was still in China.@kjwamlex talked to UPS and our packages still have to clear customs. Our packages, Mac Studios are "currently clearing customs" is what they said. That post was only referrring to packages still in China; ours departed there on the 12th. Wouldn't have a departure scan if it was still in China.
See this thread: https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...-be-available-for-pickup-on-march-18.2337388/Should the Apple stores have any available for pick up on Friday? Specifically M1Max configured with 1tb ssd. I'm sure no one will know for certain. I am holding out on ordering and may pull the trigger if they have a pick up option Friday.
That would be in Anchorage for the ones that already left China on the 12th. Maybe the flight never landed yet.Our packages, Mac Studios are "currently clearing customs" is what they said.
We have confirmed we have the same tracking data. Ours both day departed from facility. Do they clear customs in the US or China? That post was only referrring to packages still in China; ours departed there on the 12th. Wouldn't have a departure scan if it was still in China.

They said they are clearing customs in China... didn't leave China yetThat would be in Anchorage for the ones that already left China on the 12th. Maybe the flight never landed yet.
It wouldn't have a Departed from Facility status if it didn't leave China. They said they are clearing customs in China... didn't leave China yet
I mean that’s what they told me 🤷♂️It wouldn't have a Departed from Facility status if it didn't leave China.
Is this the best Thunderbolt 4 dock for the Mac Studio? If not is there a better option with two monitor ports?
Anker Apex 12-in-1 Thunderbolt 4 Dock, Max 90W Charging for Laptop, 20W Power Delivery, Single 8K, Triple 4K Display, 2 USB-A 3.1 Gen 2, 2 USB 2.0, Ethernet, Audio, SD 4.0, for Thunderbolt 4 Laptops

It could have left from a main UPS facility to the UPS facility at the airport. As an example this is the path my iPhone took last September. It wouldn't have a Departed from Facility status if it didn't leave China.
Thank you. We should see some movement today or tomorrow then based off of your screenshot. It could have left from a main UPS facility to the UPS facility at the airport. As an example this is the path my iPhone took last September.

How does that work with only one DisplayPort 1.4 port? Do you need to get a splitter or something?I really like the Caldigit TS3+.
The new TS4 has most of the same features, but regrettably loses the TOSLINK.
On the other hand it does have two downstream Thunderbolt ports plus DisplayPort.

Yes, same here for the a M1 Max base configuration. I tried searching by reference at UPS tracking but nothing comes up yet. If they are using UPS in the USA, I think a label should pop up there shortly.Good news, just got the preparing to ship notification. Yay!
Actually they go thru US customs in Louisville. That would be in Anchorage for the ones that already left China on the 12th. Maybe the flight never landed yet.
I think Apple has deals with the government to make sure their products get made and shipped still..Looks like shutdowns in China so anything not built and shipped will probably take a few months now July-aug?
Nope, Foxconn is halting operations and no products will be manufactured until further notice. If your Mac Studio has not prepared to ship yet it will most likely be a July-Aug shipment. They do not play in China like in the US.I think Apple has deals with the government to make sure their products get made and shipped still..

That's odd. Can't see Apple tolerating that to be honest, since they're so reliant on China.Nope, Foxconn is halting operations and no products will be manufactured until further notice.
