Odd, I opened this page
https://swscan.apple.com/content/ca...ion-snowleopard-leopard.merged-1.sucatalog.gz

Then searched for InstallAssistant.pkg, didn't find one....

Weird, trying to download using the above sucatalog and the updated installinstallmacosx.py, and Big Sur isn't even in the list, think Apple has caught onto us? :D

Seems like the full installer is not available yet, the Update seems to be a delta Update not the full installer, will try again a bit later.

I've got Big Sur beta 5 running on a 2013 rMBP and the Software Update prefpane still insists I'm running the latest version. No delta update offered.

Think the big websites (including here) jumped the gun on this one.

I have to download this with a different browser, any download link will crash Safari on my Mac, first time that happened with Safari, it fairly buggy.

It's slow, I am on a 1 Gb connection, get 6 MB/s download, should be 100 MB/s.

Edit: Used Brave, was slow, got down to Kb and my external disk was going crazy, stopped it, went ahead with Firefox, almost finished, just took a couple of minutes.

Has anyone already installed it? With Beta 5 there were issues with handoff and Airdrop, but fixable using patcher 0.0.19 (talking on MBP mid 2012 13"). I am downloading the 'package' right now... Just wondering... ;)
