The date on that screenshot is one hour earlier than that of the latest version, must be because the code was dated like that. I wonder what the actual difference would be.
In any case, there is a difference between the dates on the versions you are showing and both are earlier than that of the latest file available at the link shown above.
I installed each version as they came out on my iMac 15,1, now strictly a backup computer, but I can see no difference in my limited usage. I think the main reason changes are being made is the new UI, rather than the function of the app. Could be wrong about that though. No way to know as everything seems to work really well!
Thanks to the devs for the awesome work!

The link (see post #5781) has a blue "GUI (Graphical Based App)" link. That is always the latest version. No need to go searching around. As far as I know, the latest version is dated 10:58 am, May 22. (Edited)
Have you copied the app to the target disk (Library/Application Support/Dortania is the normal location, although you could keep an alias to that in the application folder.

Relax, said post referred to the page, it was not a direct link. There is no doubt that anyone using OCLP should read the change log first, and most importantly, not ask the developers for help if something goes wrong, as they are far too busy to take on the burden of helping everyone that asks for help.
There is no need for your warning, it has been said, and recognized, many times already.

Nope. You linked directly to the OCLP066n app, which has been requested you not do, many times already🤫

Nope, that post (#5781) had a link to said page where anyone can hit the link to the binary. It was definitely not a direct link.
It says, on that page, to link to the page itself which is what I did. Why do you say otherwise?

I've updated my MBP mid 2012 (9,1) to 13.4 with OCLP 0.6.6 and it seems most things work well. The only thing I use that I've noticed a problem with is Pages, Keynote, and Numbers. They all crash when importing an image. Has there been any news on this? Is it a Ventura problem or a patcher issue? I am pretty sure this was working fine on 13.2.1.

Imac 27 late 2012, 13.2. Update to todays 6.6, checked box for 13.2 no other check marks, including amfi disable. Ran patcher, rebooted. OTA update to 13.5. Possibly the smoothest, quickest, update ever, interesting new highly professional looking, OCLP format. No problems I can detect, I am a very simple, non business, user. Thanks again to the Developers.

EDIT: Leaving the post below, but I have determined that Bluetooth works without deleting /Library/Preferences/com.apple.bluetooth.plist if I set SpatialSoundProfileAllowed to False in the plist. Now, with SpatialSoundProfileAllowed set to False and the addition of keys bluetoothExternalDongleFailed and bluetoothInternalControllerInfo to my OC config.plist, Bluetooth is working for me in Ventura 13.4.
=============================================
I don't know if this Ventura 13.4 issue affects real Macs and Hacks, so forgive me if this applies only to hacks. I am running Ventura 13.4 patched with OCLP 0.6.6 (Release) on my HackBookPro6,2 with Wi-Fi/BT BCM94352HMB. When I upgraded from 13.3.1 to 13.4, BT stopped working. I was not able to turn on BT. Thanks to this thread which suggested adding keys bluetoothExternalDongleFailed and bluetoothInternalControllerInfo to my OC config.plist, combined with deleting /Library/Preferences/com.apple.bluetooth.plist, my Bluetooth is working again in 13.4. I haven't spent time to figure out the offending option in the plist and I'm content (for now) to run without it. I hope that this helps others.
