I installed b11 on my MacMini 5,2 for the first time. Post patch with newest compiled 0.50 shows sandybridge and terascale2 and no errors on patching, but at the end of the process there is no demand for security settings. Normally you have to accept. So nothing happens after reboot. I know MM5,2 is not fully supported atm.

Does anybody have a positive experience with MacBook Pro 13.2 (2016) with Intel Iris Graphics 550? I tried twice, with no success. It's frustrating, because my old iMac 2012 runs Ventura like a charm...

I’m pretty sure the issue has been fixed. There was some not signed binary. Do as @khronokernel said in the post number 1148. Do not compile by yourself, get the compiled app.

Feedback: fixed my issue by reinstall Ventura and reapply OCLP with Post Install patches with the new released OCLP from today. Used the compiled GUI from GitHub as recommended by @khronokernel.

thanks to all involved in fixing it tonight on the discord channel... great 👍

vendini how did you install Ventura on your iMac 2012? I can not get Ventura installed on my iMac late 2012. So the installation runs by booting twice, then apple comes briefly and then it's over, and hangs at libignation.

Check and compare both config.plist files - you will find the difference yourself. Or you wait until the fix has been implemented.

There were so many changes necessary, some code simple got dropped into a dead end...

I installed Ventura on this late 2012, 13.2, 27 Imac several days ago thanks perez987, for the compiled .05 link. Thank you Myakola, and supporters for all the good work to make it possible. A few minutes ago I installed the new update and it seems fine.
One problem persists, I have used Beamer in the past with Apple 4KTV with an almost instant response. Now I get a revolving spinning wheel on the the TV. Any ideas why this should happen, I also installed Catalina on the 2nd partition, and the problem is the same. Before Ventura Beamer and Catalina worked well.

Just out of curiosity I swapped the os.dmg out of a m1 bspw file with the one on my preboot drawer and got Ventura booted on my old 2011 iMac. Because it is running from an external ssd it feels a bit sluggish. Have to play a bit with it to see for myself how useful ist is.

PS: after root patching the second screen is still offline.....

What bios do you have for your polaris graphics card?

With the Crypt....kext I always install and boot into Ventura, as I said it then hangs at libignition....

I proceed so that I create the boot USB stick with the OCLP 0.5.0 (latest), there are already installed the Kexte. And then try to install Ventura on an external SSD.

OCLP has ceased to be alpha tonight, it is already beta and enters a new phase of testing aimed at a larger number of users.
There is no more ventura-alpha branch, everything is in main.
What has been achieved so far is huge, you just have to read Changelog.md to check it.

Amazing , even an iMac 2012 runs quite useful for small daily things with OCLP and the 10.13 RC . What a move in terms of recycling old devices! Thanks to the entire OCLP Team!

Agree on the Changelog amazing what has been achieved with oclp and so user friendly and so much before actual release of Ventura .

Kindly, has anyone already tried on iMac 14,2 27-inch, CPU i7 and nVidia graphic? Thank you.
I can't wait to try macOS Ventura too, but mine is a Mac for work and I can't risk it.
So far the Mac has literally flown since I used Monterey with OCLP and got even more powerful and faster after installing the OCLP 0.5.0 post install patch, despite still having OCLP 0.4.11 EFI Boot

AMFI should not be disabled on the latest root patches. If you're booting old root patches and updated your config only, yes you would have boot issues
Indeed, after updating the system plus patch post install I no longer have to disable AMFI. But what will happen at the next update, knowing that the patch is canceled with each system update?
