Do you get wifi already? I had exactly the same issue. I did reboot. Started in safe mode. First round running OCLP was installing WIFI. Then reboot again and run the patcher as expected.

I've talked with the autor of this app yesterday via GitHub because there was a prolbem with the toggle/switch to enable/disable Gatekeeper in Sequoia (was ok in Sonoma). Now in this new version (v 1.7) is fully functional and when you disable the switch for gatekeeper "off" you are redirected to System preference to disable it via installing a profile double clicking on it. The same is for revert back to Gatekeeper "on" (run Silent Knight to check).
Sorry, I still don't understand it. Did you just flip the switch accordingly and/or drop the respective apps into one of the fields?

Is the switch for Gatekeeper on/off the same as the old terminal command?

I'm a rolling stone.
Seems like a stable OS, the only problems were already there in Sonoma, like unstable
Bluetooth, like crashes and sluggish system, and my keyboard sometimes does not register
the spacebar, why, I have no clue.
My Magic Trackpad is connected but has no control at all, no mouse movement, no clicking, nada.
Another problem is that if I open a link in for instance the main Macrumors site it jumps
towards the top.

So odd, my trackpad started working again, it had two restarts, nothing, then suddenly after hours, it started working.

The update to Sequoia doesn't appear for me from Sonoma. Let me explain better: sometimes it just spins endlessly, sometimes nothing appears, and occasionally the RC shows up, but when I click download, nothing happens. I'm using OCLP 2n. Does anyone have a fix? Should I download and install it manually? Is it normal that if I do a PRAM reset, I have to reboot with alt to select the EFI partition?
I fixed it with sudo rm -rf /Library/Updates/*
Updated! :)

Mac Pro 5,1 (GT 640 GPU)
MacBook 8,1 (12" with HD5300 GPU)
Mac Pro 6,1 (2x D300 GPU)

...running fine with Sequoia beta and OCLP 2.0.0n patches.

THX devs!

(iMac 11,x without metal GPU does not hop over 21% prog bar completion in 3rd reboot phase when installing Sequoia. Will have to wait for further progress on the patcher side, I guess).

Good morning, everyone.

After updating to Mac Os Sequoia 15.0 I found an error code =3 suberror= 336130329 appeared. ( Protocol Problem ) with Jump Desktop for mac v. 8.10.08

Tried deleting and reinstalling Jump Desktop but problem persist. ( Also reported to JD directly, maybe no support for Sequoia yet )

I have an iMac 2013 14,2 running Sequoia 15.0 with latest OCLP 2.0.0

Everything else is running fine.

Regards

Some observations for those planning to use Time Machine for Migrating from Sonoma to Sequoia soon FWIW.

I test-migrated two rMBp 10,1 and in the end they appear to be working after some workarounds that are to be expected at this time, as the patches are clearly marked by the devs as a preview. A very polished and useful preview I might add.

A small warning that might save some time for some:
Today's OCLP 2.0n does not work when using Migration Assistant and can bork the receiving Mac in the migration.

Downgrading to stable OCLP 1.5 for MA still works as expected. So migrating a Sonoma install to another Sonoma install and then upgrading that install to Sequoia using OCLP 2.0 and the terminal appears to have worked. The upgrade in System Settings stalled and came and went. Terminal worked first time. Again, FWIW, YMMV.

You will need a Metal GPU ->
2012 - 2018 iMac
iMac13,x - 18,3
10,x-12,x supported with Metal GPU
...only to accelerate the graphics. I know. I was surprised that even the installation stalls at that point. Some minor script modifications seem necessary (some posts above i.e. described for Nvidia Tesla).

edit: new nightly seems to cure it!

Just updated my old 2009 white MacBook to Sequoia after 3 years of running Monterey (Since August 2021, when it was in beta) now that it's (pretty much) officially unsupported with security updates. It has had some major hardware upgrades along the way, including swapping the old mechanical hard drive with an SSD in March 2022 and upgrading the RAM from 4 to the max 8 GB in January 2023.
