This maybe a little off topic but hopefully this is helpful. I was trying to change the icon on the Windows drive under Catalina and write to it but had no success. Finally realized that the Windows disk in hibernation mode was locked for write. Went back to Windows and disabled hibernate. Not a big deal for me as I don't use Windows a lot so happy to reopen files, etc,. Once i did that, I could access the Windows drive on the Catalina side and change the icon and write to that drive. Makes it optimal for transferring files between the disks.I can't even hibernate properly Windows. It shuts down immediately. Upon reboot it goes back to the hibernation state, but this does not work for me as I would like to control it remotely. It does not sleep like OSX does where it can be awaken with WOL.
Edit: Hibernation option in Windows actually shuts down as designed. Sleep on the other hand works similar to the OS X sleep.
