Hola

How's everyone doing tonight. Looks like I've been sucked in to posting in the new .me era. Don't own a mac, or a .mac address, but am extremely stoked about mobileme, as I am a rabbid iphone user. First Mac product I've ever owned. Needless to say when I'm not broke anymore I will be purchasing my first mac soon.

Quick Question: Check iPhoto

When I open iPhoto it still says web gallery and the old icon after the update.
I thought in the guided tour it had the cloud logo.

Can anyone confirm the same thing?

I think that most people are expecting an iPhoto update today alongside iTunes 7.7 and the actual service launch.

Any ideas on the possibility 2.0 will piggypack on mobileme? Would it make sense to launch a new system that iphone users couldn't even use for 2 more days?

Make sure you restart to get the new iDisk icon in Finder :D:

Such a modern day legend.

Don't want to take away from the purpose of this forum, but I can imagine what it must feel like to have a season without your star QB. I could only imagine what would happen if Peyton ever took a dive, or retired.

BACK TO THE OP! LET'S GO MOBILEME and 2.0!

Very nice.

Bill: What's that?
Steve: It's an iHouse
Bill: But there's no windows!
Steve: Exactly!

Finally, someone that gets it! LOL.
iPhone users are larger in WINDOWS than MAC so ME (which looks like it was made by microsoft) is a prelude to getting users happy - heck I wouldn't be surprised one day if OSX was just re-released as it was back in the day.

You don't have to restart - just go to the Force Quit window and just relaunch the finder.
On another note, iChat still has the .Mac icon in Preferences (list of accounts)

We'll see what happens when the updates are published (or found) Not excited about the name but can't wait to see the new interface.
