Hole N The Rock is an eccentric curiosity, just south of Moab, UT. This little (?!) guy adorns the side of the mountain above the Hole N The Rock.

Infrared converted Panasonic DMC-G1, 28.0 mm (56.0 mm in 35mm), 1/100 @ f/8

I started reading up on this infrared photography and am planning on buying a filter for the iPhone. Possible some attachment thingy for a regular 72mm or 77mm filter so I can use it on my DSLR as well.

So far I'm using these sites to gain knowledge:

https://photopxl.com/creating-infrared-images-with-the-iphone/
https://www.shopmoment.com/products/moment-67mm-snap-on-filter-adapter-for-iphone14-pro-pro-max/

https://kolarivision.com/post-infra...l-setting-white-balance-infrared-photography/
https://www.dpmag.com/how-to/tip-of-the-week/infrared-with-an-iphone/

Would you happen to have a 'must read' link?

Thank you in advance.

Best,
Phil

IR photography is interesting - and niche. I was thinking about getting another camera body, and have it converted to IR.

Sorry, my infrared camera is fully converted, so I don't use filters on a normal camera.

I currently have a Nikon D70 for my infrared work.

The camera was taken apart and an appropriate filter installed onto the sensor, and I bought it already done.

It's not so much the taking of photos you need to research as that is what you will already know; it's the processing of pictures afterwards ;)

Cheers :)
