Easy flower shot :)

Local botanical garden yesterday. Can't seem to get the colors of this poppy right. Either the red is too full or it gets too black. Never thought I would say this, but this was easier with slide film.

I was downtown the other night for the Sunset Symphony and thought I would try my luck at some longer-exposure night shots. Suggestions?

Just a few morning visitors to the bird feeders. Not a great shot, but I was scrambling to capture their amusing position.

Toad in Puddle

Toad-in-Puddle.jpg

May, 2007.
Canon A95
Mt. Yongji, Daegu, South Korea

This fat, camera-shy toad kept jumping away as I followed it around for a good 15 minutes in the rain, trying to get a sharp, well-framed shot. This is where a camera with a tilt/twist lcd comes in handy.

The image has a "CYAN" cast, add some RED to remove it. :)
