Hi,

new'ish owner of a Pentax K100D. Was snapping a few shots of a coyote and a deer standing off (the coyote left)..then I saw the sun was starting to set...waited a few minutes and snapped this one.

only post editing was removal of a dust mark on the far left hand side. colour is the original. i may remove some leaves in the black section which are barely visible.

first time posting here in a long time so i guess ppl can click on this photo for a larger version.
I like the leaves. It just does something for me.

Here's just a basic pic (just starting out with digital photography) taken with my Canon A630 of an angel sculpture in our back yard.

Full resolution one here.

Cheers!

I park my car right next to that (Cardiff Uni, Cardiff Museum) nearly every day to go to the gym. Seems strange to see it on a website! Good photo.

It really is weird to see familiar places displayed in such an unfamiliar way... do you get what I'm saying? We take our own cities for granted, and it's weird when we see it portrayed as unique (even more so if it's not London/Paris/New York etc.)

I was born and raised in Cardiff, but moved away when I was 12, and this week is the first time I've really been back in a decade. The city has grow dramatically, but I'm glad to see some things (like this) haven't changed.

Thanks for the compliment though!

These rain droplets weighed down the hibiscus flower so it was pointing towards the ground...
