I post quite a few photos over in the Wine and Beer thread, maybe I'll start cross posting in here

A couple of new scores, the top is from a new local brewery, 64oz of their ESB, pretty terrific, you can just see the etching on the growler. The bottom is from my normal beer source, it's stellar, so smooth with a *huge* hoppy finish that sticks with you for a good minute (also picked up something new from Funky Buddha, will post a pic at consumption )
Hahaha, bonus points as always (though I think that's mostly been a thing for my dedicated beer forum ...) for ID'ing the movie in the background in the lower photo

They all look amazing; did they taste as good as their appearance would suggest?
All 3 were very good, but the Biggie S'Mores was something to appreciate. I'm going back and getting a couple of more bottles this evening after work
Do enjoy howsoever many bottles you buy.
However, while I admire the lines of the glass pictured in the first and second shots, I confess that such a glass - irrespective of how gorgeous it is (and it is gorgeous) would make me rather nervous.
Personally, I like a sturdy goblet to play host to my beers (not unlike the glass depicted in your third picture).
Big Bad Baptist Imperial Stout by Epic Brewing. Got off work early to start a long holiday weekend, so the drinking must commence. This one is quite good
Took a little drive to Downtown LA today and visited Mumford Brewing. They make some great NE Style IPAs. So juicy/hazy. On the left is their See Through IPA, and on the right is their Hunky Dory IPA. Great stuff.
I'm heading to LA in a few weeks and that place was recommended on my hotels website.

Depending on how much driving around you want to do, I'd also recommend the Stone Brewing store in Pasadena and Monkish Brewing in Torrance. Enjoy our trip!
One of the few things I'm looking forward to hearing back to the states is to try all the new craft brews that have sprung up since I left..I'm done with the German beer for a while
Lickinghole Creek Chocolate Obsession Imperial Chocolate Stout. Very delicious and heavy on the chocolate flavor. 11.5% ABV gives this one a nice kick and finish
This was so damn good. First time trying anything by this brewer, but I will definitely have to get more of this, and try out some of their other brews.

Wow - a legend (Pliny the Elder) that I have never even laid eyes on (yes, I suppose you could describe it as one of my "bucket list" beers), and a beer from a brewery I have heard (read?) praised on these very fora.
