Oh, I see how it is! You guys are having a competition on helping me?! :p

I set it at 200x11 *Restarts and makes it 225x11*

make sure you keep checking your temps. the thermal paste on my CPU was PATHETIC! heat cant really dissipate at all. that freq will probably have it sitting around 30-35°C on idle..

I'm starting small. Google and download CPU-Z and CoreTemp. Now.

Holy Mother of Jesus what'd you guys make me do!!!

I restarted my computer after making it 225x11 and it's slower than ever!
I made sure it was 225x11, and the startup screen (Before Windows) says its at 2.47 or something along that.

It took me 5 minutes for Windows to load up (Vista), and now my CPU monitor (Widget that came with Vista), says my CPU is at a constantly over 75%.

Now its under 20%...weird. But still, its not as crisp as it used to be.

That doesn't make any sense at all. Have you downloaded that stuff and looked at your temps yet? Are they high?

SpeedFan says my temp is at 50, it was at 46-47 before.

My RAM is DDR2, "High Performance", 4GB from OCZ. (Or OWC don't remember, always get them confused)

Now, that I look back on the CPU Usage, it does seem to be doing better.

Its staying at 1-5% with Firefox minimized, and less than 10% with Firefox open (And McAfee, SpeedFan)

Edit: After the CPU Usage went down to less than 10%, my temps are now at 48- They were tipping between 49 and 50 before.

Oh jesus. Those are pretty much idle temps. Yikes.

If I were you I would re-apply your HSF.

Lol, I'll just keep it at 2.2 and sell it to that guy for 420$. My dad was like "Woah, you're getting something over 400$ for it! Sell it!"

Now: I need a Hackintosh put in a Antec 300 case, with a Intel Core2Duo E8500 and a decent graphics card.
All for under 420$ (Not including Windows)

Lol, does it help that its 85Farenheit up here?(Inside temperatures, heat's off, AC's off, I like it hot)

85 is probably a big reason

Remember, you can't cool temperatures below ambient, and each degree of ambient temperature makes it that much harder to cool so it can translate to even mor heat from a CPU
