Now: I need a Hackintosh put in a Antec 300 case, with a Intel Core2Duo E8500 and a decent graphics card.
All for under 420$ (Not including Windows)
Anybody? I don't care how big the hard drive is, or if I buy open-box items (Except the processor and case)
All right, then I'm going to look for a crappy motherboard because you won't really be overclocking.

There you go. All set.
EDIT: Crap, forgot about the case. I picked an Apevia. At this price I wouldn't be picky.
Good plan. I didn't choose it because I wanted to leave room in the budget for a 4670.
Great motherboard for the price.
Great motherboard for the price.
AMD has better IGP solutions though.
I'd take a Phenom II X3 720 over an E8400/8500.i agree with the top, i have the mobo - i didnt know what to expect but its really simple to use. i only wish it had more expandability but eh.
not an AMD fan and i dont really follow them so i wouldnt know tbh. the phenom do look enticing but!
oh really?? interesting. might have to look at them.I'd take a Phenom II X3 720 over an E8400/8500.
That motherboard is for 87$.
I can easily get an open-box mATX ASrock motherboard for like 40-50$ Actually, the one I was looking for (Open-box) was 30$
Oh! haha Didn't notice the .au in the link.
Ah well, I found a ATX motherboard that supports 1600 FSB, 16GB RAM, 2 PCIe, 1 PCI, and 3 PCI 2.0, RAM is 800Mhz though- But still, not buying motherboard= Win
Lets hope that my brother doesn't steal it away from me!

Lol, I'll just keep it at 2.2 and sell it to that guy for 420$. My dad was like "Woah, you're getting something over 400$ for it! Sell it!"
