Do you store it in the fridge? I've heard you need to.

Maybe it’s the military in me but I when traveling am never more then arms length away from my MacBook. Now just think KARMA!
Maybe the trailer will drop on their foot.

Makes two of us then, I had mine in my backpack that I brought in the room every stop we made. Thankfully she decided to bring all the suitcases in the room, if not, all our clothes would have been stolen too.

i find shooting film is more fulfilling to me as a photographer, so i ditched my digital setup for now and picked up "some" film gear. And yes, i store it in the fridge or freezer depending on my supply.
Well if that's what you like doing, there's no harm in it.
I only really got into proper photography in the digital age. Having to decide your ISO before you head out must be so much more challenging than just adjusting your dial.

You have some beautiful landscapes btw.

Yes all of the above. I have an S and this will be the wife’s ride.

Saw it in person for the first time last weekends. It’s a beautiful looking car. Much roomier than I expected.

Been wanting a Chromebook, and Best Buy had the Samsung Plus on sale today at a good price, so I pulled the trigger. Happy with it so far, and its a good accessory to go with my Note 8.

Perhaps one of the more indulgent things I've ever done, but I've just ordered my own broadband line for gaming. We've already got a "fibre" connection with BT Infinity, but that caps out at 38MB at my house. Split over dozens of devices (big household), it means I get a permanent two-bar connection in whatever game I play.

You've got some awesome photography. Got any Zion suggestions? Planning a trip in April. Feel free to PM me.

Dell U2518h, Vivo Monitor Arm, HDMI cable, and Insignia usb-c adapter (similar to apple's but $25 cheaper). the rMB is my main machine and I just felt that I could use more screen real estate at times. It was on sale at BB for $299. It is a 1440p monitor, so compared to retina you can notice the pixels (if you sit close enough). Highly recommended for web use. I don't game / watch movies on here so I didn't need 4k.

My Astell & Kern SP 1000 arrived today; I will have fun playing with it and loading music onto it - this is a heavy, but most beautifully engineered piece of equipment.

My other recent purchase of note, is that I invested in an iPhone SE, and have just begun to greet it - this was complicated - and is my first smart phone.

Does the monitor power the MacBook then? I could see something like this solution working for me when I finally replace the cMP (or move it to more of a storage role).

Yep. Great solution so far for me. I may add a logitech keyboard and mouse soon too.

UPS graced me with a nice surprise today, finally time to retire my old 3-speed super-mega-race bike and hop onto a Canyon Spectral instead

I hated the looks when it launched in december but it has grown on me and it looks better IRL and the weird seatpost area does not look _that_ bad IRL.

Seems like a massive upgrade. Enjoy.
