I don't think mine's going to make it today. It arrived at my local sort facility at 7:41 AM, but it's 8:45 AM here now and it hasn't been updated as out for delivery. It's still showing "On Schedule" and a delivery date of 6/22 on the FedEx tracking site. Any chance they will put items on a truck later in the day?
 
hey buddy i live in Arlington too. the people at at&t said it hasn't shipped yet.. it is still in the warehouse..wating for shipping..thus no tracking information.

i ordered via premier on june 9th at 830pm.


Have you talked to them over the phone? Maybe your order got messed up somehow? I think I placed my order around 10pm on the 9th. I don't see how we could order basically at the same time and have it delivered to the same place and not have them go in the same batch?
 
Mine is still backordered and in process. What a bunch of garbage. AT&T officially and completely sucks. Premier? HAHAHA. Right. Pathetic is more like it.

yeah, i have called twice. Both times spoke to someone. both times they said the order was placed on the 9th via premier and processed on the 9th. No problems with the order. No issues whatsoever. But the both could not find a tracking # for me. they just said it looks like it "has been released from the warehouse", and they said it is probably awaiting shipping. WTF
 
I just decided to check my two tracking numbers (two different orders) and even though the have an estimated delivery date of 6/22 they both show 'on vehicle for delivery'. I just called and verified with Fedex that they will indeed be delivered today. woohoo!
Latest update on tracking for my FedEx package is out for delivery also, woo hoo! Looks like a lot of people that bitched AT&T about treating premier customers like crap should ****. ;)

Yes mine was the same way arived at the sorting station in boston at 8:15am at 11:45 the status went from at fedex location to delivered. It never actually was "out for delivery".

For all we know it was only our incessant bitching that got the delivery bumped to overnight in the first place.

Did anyone get their "Various SIM" only package today? Did it actually have the phone in it or not? Mine is on a vehicle right now, so just curious what it may contain.

Maybe... but I think it's more likely AT&T worked a deal with FedEx to get them to deliver most phones within a day while still only paying for 2 day shipping. I also remember other times I've ordered stuff that shipped via FedEx and arrived earlier than the expected delivery date (wish I could say the same about UPS).
 
Even if some of you got Premier phones, the rest of us still got F**Ked because it didn't show up in the store for like 4 days.
 
Been on hold for 30 minutes. Still can't even figure out if they are going to send my order placed on the night of the 12 to me anytime soon. :mad:
 
i know you're all excited to unbox... but can you plz tell me if you had to sign for the package

i need to make arrangements to have someone home if it's needed..

No idea. My apartment has a main office and they sign for all packages if needed.
 
Well that sucks, I called Fedex and they told me that AT&T has restricted them to have to make an attempt first before I could pick it up at the Fedex station that is a FEW MILES from my house. Bah humbug....

And chat customer support virtually hangs up on me and tells me I have to call in. They don't tell me why. They just say that they can't help me and I've got a problem that needs to be dealt with over the phone. If I could get somebody on the phone I'd be canceling my order that is stuck in the twilight zone. Nice work AT&T!!! That's how you get new customers and keep them. Refuse to help them! WOOHOO! I think I'll go buy another thousand shares of your screwed up company. Yikes.
 
I can't get over the fact that regular AT&T customers got free overnight shipping and not premier customers !!

Absolutely! For the premier customers who are actually getting delivery today, consider yourselves lucky. Mine is still in texas. No way mine is coming today. I was on the phone on hold more than 30 minutes and they told me they were sorry I was upset and they weren't aware of any false advertising of ATT customers being promised delivery today. I also don't agree that regular ATT customers get overnight priority and have their phones in hand right now and we have to wait 3 more days. If i would have known this I'd be standing at an ATT store right now. :mad: ATT customer service is terrible. What a joke and a waste of time!

They've got a lot of improvement to make before they work their way up to terrible. Terrible is an insult to companies who try hard enough to be merely terrible. AT&T is just incompetent and beyond comprehension.

You'd think at least on launch day they might require an extra short shift or two to assure people are assisted in a timely manner. What a sad state of affairs.
 
Wow. I had already given up hope last night when saw that my ETA was 6/22 and was still in Memphis late last night. Woke up and check my tracking again and now it shows it's OUT FOR DELIVERY!!

BTW, I ordered through the Premier site on 6/12 and selected 2-day delivery.
