Don't hold your breath. I ordered 2 phones as well (only one iPhone) on the 10th. I have heard absolutely nothing since I placed the original order. All I get on the premier order status page is the 'will process shortly' message. I can't get ANYTHING from the regular AT&T order status page.
So this morning I called to make sure everything was ok. I was told they had some problems but everything is ok now and it should ship today. I called back 3 hours later and was told that they had a problem porting one of the numbers, and now it's ok - and my order would be processed WITHIN 24 TO 48 HOURS! As long as I didn't lose my iPhone seat, it should ship Monday...supposedly.
Here's the kicker - and why you should call. We all know these CS reps are idiots - like with every other large company these days. However, the last one I spoke to told me that the approval and processing process is largely automated. When there is in issue, the system tries to solve it, then bounces it back - and it bounces back and forth until someone notices. If nobody notices, it just gets stuck on the loop. Mine was stuck in the loop. The guy told me that if I had called and complained earlier, they would have noticed sooner and fixed it. Right or wrong, it had me spitting blood. Just call...don't count on the morons at AT&T to fix it.
