I gave up hope to see mine today. As of an hour ago the status is no longer back-ordered, but not shipped. Ordered mine on the 12th.
Do you think AT&T subcontracted the processing of Premier orders to a third party? It is just don't make a G D sense. Anyone who goes through regular ATT online get to order until the 16th/17th to have their on the 19th. It smells different logistic handling, if you ask me. Just don't make any sense. Beating up complaining to the lowly Premier CSRs is also a waste of time. They are so low in the totem pole that it is ironically sad to see them clueless and helpless. Definitely not worth the $15/hour that they get paid to put up the abuse.
oh well, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday next week, why bother to worry about it anymore. After all, it is just a phone. My ATT Tilt still works.
