Yeh, that's what i thought too because we added a new line recently, and they charge us a "service fee" of whatever amount it is... i think it goes the same to do it over phone... in the past, I usually go to the store, which it's easy for us for them to process it correctly... but I'm just alittle skeptical on how the website/app will go tho when doing it on our own since the deals seems a little complicated (pre-ordering, then trading in the phone info)...In the past they didn’t charge me one but I’m sure they do now. I know via app or online they don’t.
