Just got a text for each of my two orders that says the device "will ship between 10/23 - 10/23", so that sounds good for both of them. My guy didn't even bother asking me if I wanted to pay extra for shipping. Maybe they've noted my account? I'm not paying extra. I know when it'll show up.

Absolutely. Go to this link once you receive your phone.

You know what stinks... I was a T-Mobile customer for like 7 years... but then when I moved in with my (now) wife, we opened up a new T-Mobile account... in her name (to take advantage of a promotion at that time). So this account is only 3 years old. Think T-Mo would show mercy and offer me the credit as a matter of goodwill? 😂

Mine still says 10/23 ship date. 128gb pacific blue 12 pro. Got the confirmation email at 7:50am EST for what it's worth.

So glad I did Tmobile order (im ok with bill credits as I’m not going anywhere).
Went to apple store app to order case and wallet for my Pro and took me 20 minutes to get through check out.....

Wow, thanks for the promotion & code!

I went to fill it out but it asks for the new device IMEI info.
Do I have to wait until I get the phone to submit the rebate ??

Very easy preorder through the app I was done by 8:15. Could’ve gotten the base 12 pro for nothing down but opted for the 12 in blue, will be that much quicker to pay off and there’s not much to recommend the pro this year in my opinion.

I did get a ship date of 10/23 so looks like they’ll not arrive next week.

The link looks like it's for new port-in customers. Valid for non new also?

Only valid for customer who have had accounts for 5 years.

Yes you need to wait. Also pre-requisite was to do a trade in with your order and have the account active for 5 years.

Regarding your shipping date, this is always what happens. It remains highly likely that you'll receive yours on 10/23, however T-Mobile's system is not great at handing logistics so they enter the launch date as the shipping date. If you review prior years threads, and my own experience of ordering each year dating back to the 6/6s launch, I've gotten my device on launch day despite the confusing messaging. Hope this helps!

woke up at 4:55am and saw it was live. Tried ordering on phone and laptop but it would hang after verifying condition of trade-in.
Called in right around 5:00am to order and went smoothly (took longer than an online order though); wrapped up around 5:20am. Rep stayed on the phone with me until I got the EIP email.
There would have been a $20 charge for order over the phone, but it was waived when I mentioned the website wasn’t working correctly.

10/23 date for blue iPhone 12 Pro, 128GB.

I got the 12 from Apple. So Apple gives $350 for the 11 and $250 for the XR. Per the website it looks like T-Mobile is giving $150 on top of that.

I was going to trade it in at T-mobile but this is a better deal + rather have it off now than 30 months of bill credits.

Apple waives the $30 fee as well.

T-Mobile/Sprint customers, you can now take advantage of special offers when you buy from Apple online (existing customers) or at your nearest Apple Store (new and existing customers). And if you have any questions, we’re here to help(Opens in a new window).
  • Get an additional $150 trade-in credit from T‑Mobile/Sprint with trade-in of iPhone 8 or newer.°You’ll also get a $30 T‑Mobile/Sprint instant discount (requires activation).
    What is the offer?
For a limited time, trade in an iPhone 8 or newer (in good condition) when you buy your new iPhone from Apple and get an additional $150 trade-in credit from T‑Mobile/Sprint after your purchase.

T-Mobile's customer care telephone people just kind of suck. They told me over the phone, that I couldn't do Jump on Demand for pre-orders, and that I would have to wait until 10/23/20 to do Jump on Demand. I told the rep that that's not what I was told by Tmo just yesterday, but he wouldn't back down. So I simply did the Jump on Demand via Tmo's twitter customer service, and everything went smooth as butter. I've had issues with the phone customer care people giving me wrong info that doesn't even make sense several times in the past.

I ordered a 128GB 12 pro silver for my sister. Says 10/24-11/2. Now the hardest part... what color do I get lol.

Hmmm so your data point says that the regular 12 blue have larger inventory as you got delivery of 10/23 at 0815 ET

Mine was a 12 Pro base in blue and it went to 11/3 at 0503 PT.

Can anyone confirm ordering a T-Mobile phone and trading in your current phone that still has EIP on it does work for the apple trade in + their $150 bonus prepaid rebate offer as well?
