Yah it is very weird. However, it's an ingenious plan to saturate the market with unlocked 5G iPhones to upgrade networks for capacity and demand.
Reading through this thread is helpful in preparation for the Mini. Will be waking up at least 30 minutes before preorders if they go live earlier.
Everyone went Pro, huh? Regular black iPhone 12 still shows Oct. 23 delivery on Apple and T-Mobile.

The mini was just waaay to small for me. I haven't had a screen/phone that small since the LG Dare and that had a 4in screen. I like movies and stuff on my phone so mini wasn't an option. The iPhone 12 vs 12 Pro was the camera. $100 bucks more for a way better camera. SOLD! lol

I ordered from T-Mobile using the T-Mobile app on my iPhone.
You can pay the phone off and still get the bill credits. I've don't this on a couple occasions. The bill credits are tied to you being a T-Mobile customer, not to the device you purchased.
We all have learned some like to stir the pot. So over the years we have learned that if we have no proof it didn't happen. Sorry.

I'm in the Apple iPhone upgrade program. Will be swapping my 11 in for the normal 12, but I have a bit of an issue. I can't pick a color. A bit bummed out that purple isn't an option this time around, which is what my 11 is.
Black - too basic. Most people go with a black phone, which is fine, but I want mine to be different.
White - tempted.
Red - Looks nice, but idk if I'd want a red phone.
Mint green - no thanks.
Blue - imo doesn't look that great, but most people all seem to say blue, when I ask them. Even ran a poll asking my Twitter followers which I should get and 72% of 43 votes said blue.
Going to pre-order soon, but the color options just aren't as nice as the 11 had.

Thought we had JOD on my wife’s 11 and was going to use it, but turns out we had cancelled it last year. Ended up working in our favor though after chatting with T Force.
So ended up ordering my wife a 12 Pro 128gb in the Pacific Blue color which she really likes. Shipping is put to 11/3-11/9 though as it seems to be the popular color this year. First time she has done a yearly upgrade and first time we have both bought phone at same time.

no i havent got charged. i ordered mine 7.54 AM EST. so you're charged with the tax only, right?
My guess is every Sprint customer will be transitioned to the T-mobile network with a T-mobile SIM when they upgrade.
