Same here, and there was even an order number in the EID confirmation. Called yesterday, talked to 2 reps who "didn't have access to the order system used by the app", was about to get bounced to a 3rd, but I had no time, so just decided to wait and chill for 24hrs to see if anything changes. Called again today, got bounced to 3 reps, because each again "didn't have access...". The 3rd finally seemed to be able to check multiple systems, and conclusive pronounced that the order didn't exist!
Tmobile's back end systems are a real joke, they can't seem to keep up with marketing and legere's uncarrier moves...
So much for saving time by ordering through the app.
