Weird. I’m on the west coast if it matters. At 5:01/8:01, all the 10/24/1 configs were last week of July or first week of august when I ordered. Most appear to not have moved still, for west coast delivery at least.

Ordered mine yesterday as soon as I could (I was in the middle of a meeting when the online store reopened).
M2 MBA Starlight / 10c / 16 GB / 512 GB. This replaces my "travel Mac", an early 2015 MBR.
I should receive it by the last week of July. Really excited!

Ordered my Midnight standard "small" configuration within 3 min of opening and I have the 8/15 delivery date
Haven't seen anything slip to October as many of the "experts" predicted. So either fewer are ordering or Apple had plenty in stock - which maybe why the ordering was delayed a bit.

So I logged onto UPS my choice and found my M2 MacBook Air has already shipped and departed China. It has a rescheduled delivery date of July 13. Is anyone else seeing this with their machines? I know Apple holds back iPhone deliveries (every year), but do they normally do this with Mac deliveries too? I didn’t think so. Would be exciting to get it 2 days early!
Because I’m traveling starting the 16th and couldn’t put up with my 2016 MacBook Pro w Touch Bar any longer, I ordered one of the base models with 8/512 in starlight with a 7/15 delivery date. The 16/512 had a July 20 - 25 date when I placed my order.
Yeah, I've seen that anything with 8GB of RAM is supposed to ship quicker by Apple's estimates, but it is also really nice to see that they are shipping even those before the estimates.
Here's to hoping that the 16 GB orders ship out a bit early too!

If I could have been sure to snag a 16 gb ram model before I left, I would have ordered that in a heart beat but I’ve been suffering with that MBP 2016 for 6 years and couldn’t take it anymore 😂 Still I hope everyone’s ships early. I’m at peace with my base ram (for now).
Normally delivery companies readjust times in their tracking systems at the request of Apple to comply with the expected release dates.
One of my recent day one purchases showed the same thing but the shipper held it until Friday anyway. Maybe you’ll get lucky but it is likely it’ll be held up.
I’m trying to be optimistic but not get my hopes too high. Having a couple extra days to set it up before a transatlantic trip would be really helpful. 😆
Costco claims to have 256 & 512 GB models ready to ship in SG and silver only. July 13 delivery.

I just checked my UPS account and also found my M2 MBA has been shipped!

Delivery date is scheduled for 7/15 the same day Apple provided
