The exact same thing happened to me. Tracked down the truck, went to see the driver, and voilà, my package happened to be the only one missing in his packages for my building. It was on his system and everything, but he said maybe it was loaded to another truck. I flipped.This was fun. UPS tracking was indicating today for delivery. Oh good - there's the UPS truck. Driver disappears in back of his truck for 5 min. I eventually just walk out to the truck, and he tells me "well, I know you've got a package coming, but it's definitely not on my truck!". No additional info that he could provide. Oh joy.
Yes, it did require a signature. I live in a building, and the front door person signed for it.

My dates of July 20-22 were pushed back to 22-26th, now moved forward to 21-22. Hopefully I’ll get an email that it’s ready for pick up soon. But we had similar orders, destinations and dates, so I hope mine is not stuck as well.
The only thing you might be able to do is create a UPS My Choice account and see if any parcels are connected to your address or e-mail address (even though it’s shipped to the store, your e-mail address is probably still connected to the order I guess). Some people seem to be able to use a “reference” number for tracking but that doesn’t work where I am (Amsterdam).
Yeah, mine is still in ZhenhZhou and I also start to doubt the thursday delivery date. But who knows. If they manage to get it to Prague today maybe?!

Around this evening the machine will land in cologne, then it's about 2 day to sweden, so yes, it will arrive
Check Flightradar24 and search for 5X11 or use the filter to see any UPS planes, when using the search box, typing in 5X11 you can also click on "Flight Info" (not aircraft info, that's for the physical plane itself) to see that this machine took the same route [Shanghai > Seoul > Cologne] over and over, that was the launch for last friday.

It doesn't fly on mondays and saturdays, so your scan may just be the closing for that day's customs clearing, meaning it'll be ready for the next takeoff.

Because 5X11 took off today and there is no departure scan for me and also not for @Wokis as it appears, despite our packages were there before 5X11 took off. Maybe UPS omits some scans? I worked at TNT and we used to do the same thing, checking the shipment's customs and just ticking it as ready when the plane was closed and ready. I have a bit of experience in that work field, first thing when pre-ordering is always to check when 5X11 flies after customs are ready ^^
