Picked up the Zugu Social Pro case for my 7 Plus. Works for 8 Plus too.

Slim and very grippy. You don’t feel like you’ll drop this case. Slimmer than the Speck Presidio Grip for sure. Matte finish, so no fingerprints and feels good to touch. Fit is good. Much better than I remember the 6 plus version being. For $9 bucks, it’s very good value. Not sure how it would handle drops, but claims 5 feet drop protection. Member here said they dropped phone in this case several times and no issues. I used code share10 to get 10% off case. Pictures attached.

Second picture is more representative of the black color. Hope that helps.

How is the sides of the case? in my 6/6s plus sides are very filmsly...

Much better than I remember the 6 cases being. A little more stiff and fits better on the sides.

I have both and would say the base grip is more protective and snug.

Mine arrived today. I am concerned about a 4 foot drop from the synthesis.

It’s pretty much high quality tpu and nothing more.

Does the mean the lip of the case around the screen pulls away easily and isn’t “stiff”?

Pretty stiff...just really thin lip and nothing special on the corners at all

I have this one for the iPhone 7 sitting in my drawer unopened. I will use it at some point. A few months back there was an Amazon special where it was reduced to $3.50, so I bought one.

I am currently using UAG Monarch and UAG Trooper. A lot hates how UAG designs their cases but it still proves to give the best protection particularly for high drops.
