So, from which day do I count the 14 days from? The day it's shipped, or the day I receive the device?

The timing is super important to me.
That I'm unsure, but I will assume the day when it's shipped. Best bet is to send HTC an email, I chose the 2-day shipping option so its not too much of a issue for me.

No promo code for the actual pre-order. After you register with the website I posted they'll send you an email with more info.

You will get a registration code with your email as well as a link to a website to continue your mail-in process/rebate. So you will need to mail in your smartphone and proof of purchase for the HTC One. And after that they will send you a rebate card worth $100.

What if I buy via upgrade? As in, $200 via sprint? If yes, then HE'LL yea!

You guys seen the "alleged" iphone leaked pictures  ?

The back looks nice like the HTC One but design looks like a lumia phone, doubt this can even be a prototype.

If that has a 4.5" edge to edge screen, than I'm sold. Really like the matte black finish too, don't like too much shiny.

Where is the black HTC One? Is it exclusive to Sprint? That's the only carrier that HTC shows it available for pre-order for. I know HTC didn't blow this release even more than the 64GB exclusivity deal with AT&T. The developer edition is still missing some of T-mobile's bands.

Yeah, I noticed that too. But is it missing HSPA or HSPA+? Big difference. HSPA is 21 MB/s where as HSPA+ is 42 MB/s. Which is not supported?

----------

Another question: is it easy to flash ROMs on a Mac?

I always had the ROM on my SD card and flashed it from recovery. No need for a computer.

They're swamped, especially with the sim unlocked 32GB for $549. You include the $100 rebate and that's crazy pricing for a brand new top of the line phone.

Isn't it $574.99? But yeah, that's what's happening.

Still down. :(

HTC really can't afford to pull a "Google Play." Not with the S4 release right on its heels. It might make the decision for a lot of people.

I ordered in the morning it was fine. It was $574.99 for me too, ATT is $599 and not unlocked. Better price with HTC.
