Why not try calling the customer service number listed on the HTC Online Store's exchanges/returns policy page?
14 days usually from when the customer recieves is normal policy for most things.

I do like the music they're playing though. Very relaxing.
If that has a 4.5" edge to edge screen, than I'm sold. Really like the matte black finish too, don't like too much shiny.

Where is the black HTC One? Is it exclusive to Sprint? That's the only carrier that HTC shows it available for pre-order for. I know HTC didn't blow this release even more than the 64GB exclusivity deal with AT&T. The developer edition is still missing some of T-mobile's bands.
Yeah, I noticed that too. But is it missing HSPA or HSPA+? Big difference. HSPA is 21 MB/s where as HSPA+ is 42 MB/s. Which is not supported?

Another question: is it easy to flash ROMs on a Mac?
I always had the ROM on my SD card and flashed it from recovery. No need for a computer.
You will need a computer to root/unlock, you're skipping a step. Hopefully there will be root toolkit that works on Mac.

Yes trade in must be fully working with no water damage, etc.
Unlock one is unbranded and free from carrier bloat.

I ordered in the morning it was fine. It was $574.99 for me too, ATT is $599 and not unlocked. Better price with HTC.
