One thing I've discovered in getting replacements from Speck (I've gotten 2 CandyShell replacements, a Geometric replacement, and now 2 PixelSkin HD's) is that if the case in question isn't listed as "in stock" or "add to cart" on their website, they don't have any stock of that case available, even for warranty replacements. If you look now, there is no "add to cart" option on the black PixelSkin HD. So, I just asked (not an hour ago) for a blue PixelSkin HD to replace my black one from the Apple program, and I've already gotten confirmation from Erik and Francis (works in the fulfillment department at Speck) that my blue PixelSkin HD will ship out in the morning overnighted, along with my Indiawhoa Blue CandyShell (replacing my white CandyShell with the wrong camera cut-out). Tracking numbers and all. So, if you like either the blue or the pink PixelSkin HD, they will be more than happy to send you either of those to replace the bad batch of black ones from the Apple free case program.
