I ended up sending Speck a second email, and I heard back from them today. They authorized a warranty replacement, but asked that I send them my original back with receipt. I sent everything off and have my fingers crossed that my new Pixelskin HD will be like the original I read such good things about.
Got mine today, ordered about a month ago! model spphd51(1) don't ask me if it's v1, v2 or 3... All I know is it functions perfectly. Lock and volume buttons are easily pressed. Nice mAtt finish. Sometimes a slight click noise can be heard around the right lower side but not nothing to drastic to bother me. My only gripe, I'm gonna miss the seeing the apple emblem on the back glass :-(
Previously I was using a lil cheapo bumper from eBay, but don't underestimate it, it held up pretty well! A very strong and good fit.

Loving my pixelskin but I'm feeling that it doesn't offer a whole lot of shock protection. Anybody know what stores carry the White Candyshell, or is that strictly an online-only thing?
Not from what I've experienced so far. It's a hard case so you can always wipe it down as well.
It doesn't get dirty because its plastic, although in my experience it does get alot of scratches, but less visible compared to any other candyshell color.
I just received my warranty replacement Pixelskin HD from Speck. My replacement is 100% better than the one I sent back. This one is a much softer TPU material and the buttons function perfectly. Thanks Speck for making things right for me!
Anxious to get home and get my BestSkinEver onto the back of my iPhone so it doesn't get beat up from being in the case.
Power Support's front protector seems to be holding up well. Very minor teeny tiny bubbling around the edges but otherwise pretty good, outside of me putting it on crooked of course.

Okay, so about a month ago, my friend with iPhone 4 got a Pixelskin HD and it was stiff as hell and impossible to press. I'm getting an iPhone 4 soon probably, and was going to steer from this case because of this. Then I found out they made revisions to make it softer and whatnot..
Just some questions.
1. If I order from Speckproducts.com or go to the Apple Store, will I be getting the 3rd Revision? Or is there a chance I'll get a bad one?
2. Does this 3rd revision work with the Bestskinsever side and back skin? For the screen protector I might be using a random Switcheasy one or the Speck one, if they offer it.

i've been racking my brain for the last few days on which case will work with Zagg case friendly screen protector i have on order.
I was hoping someone who has the case friendly zagg and PixelHD can put my mind at easy but tell me this is the best possible combination.
Has anyone experienced any problems?

Great case, but (its just me) the feel of it makes my skin crawl. Literally.
Not tacky, not smooth. Weird.
I even had to put e-grips on it, but that didn't help.

An oldy but a goody, my Pixelskin HD still looks great after 16 months. (AT&T iP4)
But it looks like Speck needs to redesign the case a bit to fit the new iPhone 4S -- which I'm told has the Verizon form factor --, no?

Yup my PixelSkin HD looks great, too, after 16 months on my iPhone 4.
Definitely curious to know if it will work with the 4S I have on order. Otherwise I hope Speck will release an updated version for the 4S. I'll be first in line.
