iPhone 11 UK iPhone 11/11 Pro/11 Pro Max (2019) Orders and Dispatch Thread

Has anyone compared the X and the 11 Pro side by side?

Ive done it this evening and the X is much much brighter especially with white backgrounds, similar brightness and full brightness, same settings on each phone (True Tone etc)

I expected the 11 Pro to outperform the X especially with brightness and this so called new display but cant see it myself

Wondering if I’ve got a dodgy unit?
 
Watch finally opened so I’ll be a little less active on this thread! What can I say, it’s been a pleasure as always! Roll on 2020 ( or a November event!)

does anybody not have the FaceTime auto correct attention feature on the iPhone 11. The setting just doesn’t appear in my settings
 
Anybody order from very.co.uk? Up until today it was showing delivery on or before 4th October. Today that has changed to 31st October 🙄

I already have the 11 Pro 64GB I ordered direct from Apple but I decided to order a 11 Pro 256GB from Very, taking advantage of their 10% off for new accounts.

Guess I’ll just cancel it now as it’s clearly not going to arrive within the Apple return window.

Oh well, serves me right for being greedy I suppose 😂
 
Ordered iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB Space Grey on 13 September direct from Apple.
Original estimated delivery was 30 Sept - 6 October.
Order status page mysteriously changed a couple of weeks ago to an estimated delivery of 16-22 Oct.
Order has been "processing" for nearly 3 weeks now.

Still waiting...
 
Barclay’s rejected me tonight for iPhone payments with a perfect credit score 🤔 Decided on a Midnight Green Pro Max 512 but wasn’t to be!

awww sorry (not sorry :p) .. it’ll be worth the wait though! I’m noticing it more this year maybe because I’ve been able to go without a case again at last because it’s less slippy! Also I’m loving the ios13 tweaks so that could be part of it too!

Gone full circle here!

iPhone X

For 11 - took 11 back and got a 11 Pro

Now returning the Pro and going back to my X

Not enough of a difference or upgrade as I hoped it would

Somewhat strange, same delivery slot but got mine on the 25th😗. As you are not charged until they prepare for shipping, I’d just cancel and pick one up from the store

We did the S10+ ceramic journey together - I remember our chats on here. Amazing H/W but S/W in some areas questionable. However, I do miss the full on customisation.

Agreed, there’s many great things about it

All areas I would use on my iPhone. It’s great hardware but software does let it down for my needs
