EE have different types of plans, the 4GEE plan with speeds up to 60mbps and the Max plan with unlimited 4g speeds. I can't remember what other differences there are but I think you can use the allowance on your max plans in more countries

US, Canada, Australia and Mexico I think they are.

great offers for existing customers, shame they don't extend these deals to new customers too
Is this for existing customers on a current phone plan or any? As I’m now an EE customer via my iPad Pro 10.5

Although it was through Carphone warehouse I’m still a EE customer

Remember also that the stock has to be made specially for each country - language, packaging, any required regulatory markings etc. - so they will have had to plan specific stock allocations for each country. I suspect that in many of the 55 countries availability will be severely limited and possibly a few weeks before anyone takes delivery.

Not true, there are regional differences with regards to regulatory marking, (USA vs rest of world iirc) and are certainly not country specific, but no differences with regard to language. All iPhones of a specific model are identical software wise.

US, Canada, Australia and Mexico I think they are.

And New Zealand.

I meant in terms of the packaging (and inserts)........ which may be different language for some countries. This will mean the phones need to be specifically packaged by country.

EE will give you a 10% discount if you're after another line. I think it's only once you're out of contact the offers come in.

iPhone X doesn't support fast wireless charging, so you will only receive the standard 5W-7.5W charge speed with this charger.

No, this will not work. You need a USB-C fast charger, like this.

Ah, right. I thought it did. So the wireless charger I’ve bought will work fine, it just won’t be fast change? Don’t mind that as I leave on charger overnight.

8 days to go and I'm still flip flopping between the X and the 8.

Sold my iPhone 6 a couple of weeks ago and using an old 5C as a back up phone, other than the phone being a bit sluggish I've actually enjoyed the smaller size handset tbh I've always had a soft spot for the 5C:D, however the real annoyance is the wired earphones. I don't normally have an issue with wired earphones but for some reason of late they keep getting tugged on things and it's driving me crazy! I had a mid range pair of bluetooth buds that broke on me earlier this year and haven't managed to replace them.

Now I'm feeling a little desperate to forgo the iPhone X and pickup an 8 64gb and some Beats X, and you're probably thinking why don't i just get iPhone X with the beats x but then I'm looking at £1105 instead of a more reasonable £805 and we haven't added a case and or possibly insurance  I already feel silly for contemplating spending a grand on a phone, but ive been a launch day iPhone 6 holdout waiting for that day when apple would finally bring us new hardware as ive always upgraded every 'tick' cycle since iPhone 4 and here we are with the X. I really think apple should have bundled the airpods with the X, especially as theyre pushing for this wireless future, stingy gits! :(

I agree I am selling my S8 plus unlocked and am using a Nexus 6 now I want the iPhone X 256gb silver now more than ever!!!

Sorry if this has already been covered in this thread but I’m still a bit confused with the iPhone X preorder on the 27th if I want to join the upgrade program. I understand it has to be completed in store to complete the credit application. So am I preordering to nearest store on 27th or need to wait for the launch on the 3rd when presumably stock (if any) arrives in Apple stores?

Correct you will be pre ordering to collect the phone in store and sign up to IUP. You can do this from the 27th.

The question around stock availability on the 27th still remains though.
