I've had every launch day iPhone since 2008 (3G), I wanted this one.. missed Apple launch day so tried every other solution to get one this weekend.

Try uninstalling it and reinstalling. For security reasons you'll have to reregister it anyway. I had to reinstall also when I changed my ipad recently and my iphone today

Might not be due to the lack of TouchID, could be because your bank account took a beating after that iPhone X purchase

I have improved the yellow colour tint of my X by turning True Tone off and setting a colour filter on the accessibility settings section. Out the box the screen was too yellow. Now it is more white and crisp!

Had mine since 10am

- FaceId - overwhelming at first, was just weird not using my finger. However iv found it to be very reliable, little slower but I'm talking half a second which doesn't even matter. managed to recognise me during gym workouts and i was impressed as its an area i was worried it wouldn't, overall apple has delivered on their promises to me.

- Display - Stunning, enough said.

- Battery - actually amazing so far, arrived at 70% and is now at 20% and thats been with downloading my stuff and a gym workout on its factory charge


overall im so impressed with it. Apple truly delivered here. My only complaint is the apps, not many updated yet but its something out of Apples control. Hopefully they start a whip round if it becomes a joke

Surprised people are already using it in day-to-day activities. Not sure about you, but my phone always slips out of my pocket and onto the floor when I'm at the gym, so be careful!

Getting screwed by UK Mail. Hourly slot time of 14.22 has past, almost 3 hours later no sign of it. Now left watch duties to the missus who wants to go out, whilst I'm at work.

If you reserve one for iUP, you are not obligated to go for it, you can still pay in full in the store.

Even if for whatever reason you can't pay upfront and have to do the UIP or PP option. you can do the PP option (if you think you won't have an issue with the credit check) and then pay it straight off with Barclays

Thinking of ordering an iPhone X for in-store collection. Couple of questions - is payment taken before collection or in the store during collection? If the latter, would it be feasible to trade-in my current iPhone as part of the payment?

thanks - worked. And works with FaceID although the text only mentions TouchID because the app isn't updated.

Think I'm just going to wait now for the Apple 13-20 Nov order. Surely they must begin to show some progress in next couple of days. Seems odd that no delivery estimates were given for next week, yet the store lead time has reduced.

no issues with yellow with the screen off. Might just adjust the settings and see if that makes a difference.
