GreatGot it. Reserved through IUP but when I went I asked the employee to pay outright and he said not a problem. In and out in 3 minutes.

Yup currently in the car boot as we speak. Went to Apple to get AppleCare and screen protector fitted all goodReturned both of my spares. The Carphone one was ok, but when I went to Vodafone, their records showed it as still waiting to arrive at the depot for delivery, so they couldn’t issue a refund because to them it wasn’t delivered yet. So I left it with them to sort out and I’ll check back next weekend to make sure they’ve refunded me the upfront cost.

You got yours yet?
I wonder if stock becomes available throughout the day if people don’t collect their reservations or whether it’s just released the following morning
What are the chances of picking a 256BG SG this morning just by walking in when the store opens, lets say at Brent Cross?
Nope. Did it through the iUP link someone posted here.Excellent, congrats! Did you have to provide any payment details when you reserved this morning?
I only did the iUP option. When I checked in with the employee, he asked if wanted to do iUP but I said no, outright. Not a problem.Great
Did you have the pickup option when you reserved the iPhone X on Apple site? Or you only have the iUP option?

Bizarre. Have you missed any payments or had any changes to your history in the past year?
Nope. Did it through the iUP link someone posted here.
Haven't missed a single one...history has changed a bit - started work and moved house fairly recently (still renting though, no mortgage) so perhaps that was it was. Latest update though is that I've taken out a new contract with EE for the X - they ran a credit check and it went through immediately so god knows what happened with the iUP. Might write to Apple but probably won't do much good. Looking like handset from EE will take a couple of weeks to arrive.
I did a online chat with Apple after the website issues. They confirmed 0 walk-in stock across the entire UK

Done in store while they were processing the iUP renewalFor those that upgraded on the iUP yesterday, did you erase your phone and remove the SIM before going to the store or was that done when you were there?
From experience everything on your credit file must be perfect for Barclays, they are so strict on anything loan or service they provide. So many times I've seen people having issues getting iUp.
One of my work colleagues failed their checks because his address on their system and what was on his credit file was in a different order.

Yes. And act quick. I had one reserved at Stratford, took too long to reserve a time, and by the time I chose one it was gone.Cheers mate. One more question so that I know what to expect when I give it a try, is the last page to make the reservation the one where you choose a time slot?
Noticed that right away. Might be True Tone? I might turn mine off (if that’s even an option)Anyone elses display incredibly warm in colour?
