same boat here with an 8:14 confirmation, still ProcessingApparently there were several people on Twitter yesterday who originally had delivery dates for December were getting Preparing for Despatch early morning yesterday! Dunno what on earth is going on but I'm feeling a bit let down by the whole process.
8:17 email confirmation for a Silver 256GB. Still OIP. At this pace I will be happy to receive it on the original early estimate of the 13th. But, to be fair, I suspect I was one of the last to get the 13-20 delivery estimate window given the time of my order.

Depends what configuration they bought I suppose. One may be more limited than the other three.
CLASSIC i ordered from apple on launch day and was given 2-3 weeks. I then was one of the ones that got stung by Argos. So i decided to wait and see who would deliver first Apple or Argos. Yesterday i got a despatch notice from Apple to say delivery today, so thought to myself the second it gets delivered today get on the phone to Argos and cancel. I have just got a delivery despatch from Argos saying it will get delivered today 2 hours before the Apple one. Anybody live in North Wales and wants A 256gb LOL. CANNOT BELIEVE THIS.
True enough, they didn't specify what it was they'd ordered but you're right, it may not be like for like.
Take your apple one back to the store for a refund. That way itl show as stock again for someone tomorrow morning at 6am
Ordered on the 3rd for delivery on the 4th and had nothing from them since the disappointing email describing delays. They have been very unimpressive.
me too. O what I didnt do to avoid being a 13-20er in my life ! Studies hard, worked hard , always faithful to me wife and look where that brought me - end up being a 13-20er.
**** yes! I didn't think of this, finally. This was the most annoying thing with the plus, especially whilst on the move. I would glance at my phone at an angle and the home screen would bloody rotate, with no way to disable this.
No, screen rotation lock is not an option when you use multiple full screen video apps like YouTube where it rotates automatically the wrong way. (Volume buttons are on bottom rather than top).
How does this work? Ive ordered late, so not til 24 Nov-1 Dec for delivery, but on reflection id rather be on iUP than pay outright. Been trying to get one from the 6am booking, but after being able to get one on saturday but not able to get out of work at a time available for collection (very frustrating!!) there doesn't seem to have been another single phone in Belfast.
If I cant get one before it delivers, can I take it into the store,'return' it and take the same phone back on iUP?
I am almost identical to you....8:12 confirmation - 13-20, went PFD at 17:20 yesterday....only difference being....im on for the 64 Silver....I did wonder, however, what part of the country are you in? I'm near Swindon (SW)

So you are able to have a pick up date ahead of time? Because of course for people not on iUP but who want to join, their pick up date has to be the same date they reserve the phone as that’s when the stock magically pops up, right?iUP customers have their own pickup dates (e.g. for me by 2nd Dec and now moved to 18th Nov). We are pissed off because we just have to wait until the given date while painfully read the stories how other regular customers who reserved later than us to get one from the online/retail queue. Yes, we could cancel our reservation and join the queue, but we enrolled iUP to avoid such queue in the first place.
iUP is an excellent tactic but poorly implemented at least in the UK!
But existing iUP customers have a pre-chosen date (even if it is really late!)
