It’s easy to check whether they have stock or not.
Just use the app. Either use the standard buy option and it will tell you available for pickup or click on Learn more at the top. Choose join now and check the stock. Just change the config and it updates the stock level.

Istocknow is also a great tool for checking stock returning.

Manchester now has again. Wonder why they come in and out.

I don't blame you. I was woken by my alarm at 5:55am this morning and turned over deciding not to bother having tried for over a week now. A few minutes later my phone started pinging like mad with notifications from iStocknow. Silver 256 now bagged!

Yesterday it was so quiet that I didn't think that the stock trackers were working.

I don’t think it’s that it’s the biggest delivery as such. The shipment could be identical to last weeks, however, the demand is reducing because people are getting them in their hands. Hence the forum quietening down.

I agree. At this rate supply might catch up with demand pretty soon.

Yup and the tel tail sign of online stock times reducing also shows production catching up with demand

My friend is still waiting for his from Argos. He has had a £100 refund for the trouble. Hopefully the resellers will start getting them.

I managed to reserve one in Edinburgh through the upgrade program.

However when I go to the store can I just pay it in full? Last time I spoke to an Apple rep at the store he just said to reserve it using the upgrade program. Didn’t mention anything about payment.

Yep, just tell them when you get to store.

Finally got mine yesterday, and while I really like it, I can’t quite come to terms with how small it feels after my 6S+. Hopefully it’s just going to take a few days to get used to it.


I do however love FaceID and the lack of home button - the swiping feels so much better than pressing a mechanical button

I’m not sure it was worth all of the anguish haha! Anyway, I guess I’ll see you next year for the iPhone X Plus
