That's what I was getting ready to do, but I had read of some folks getting a black screen and I didn't want to screw myself and have no MP.Can't you just install 10.6.0, download 10.6.3 install it and then install QECI?
I've had no issues doing the above, the computer works without QECI, just a lot of things don't. You should still be able to install the combo update, though.
That's why I was asking for a procedure on how to get from Leo to SL--including if you have a problem.
I'm guessing it goes like this:
1. install SL, reboot
1a. after reboot, if you have a black screen or other problem, boot to safe mode and run Zeus/QECI.
1b. if that fixes the problem, go to #2...if not, go to 1c.
1c. ????, then scream, then faint
2. install the combo update for 10.6.3, reboot
2a. same as 1a.
2b. same as 1b.
3. hopefully you're running 10.6.3 with no problems
