It's a pretty simple process, actually. In my case, I booted with a 7300 GT in as well (this was with Cindori's old flashing tool), selected the ROM I needed, flashed the card, rebooted, then installed the QE/CI patch, and I was done. Risks? Very few if you think before you act and ask questions.
you cant cd into a file. you can cd into a folder.
I updated the XYZ zip. Now the roms you make will be named MACMODIFIED.rom
'cd' change directory
Thanks man!
you must, of course, use a space after cd, and, of course, press enter after directory is dropped
you can cd manually by doing cd path/to/xyz
(from root of hard drive)
looks good to me

And a question: Which pci slot did you use for each card? I can't get sys profiler to recognize my xfx card (slot 3). My 1900 was, of course, in slot 1--with the display connected. reversing the cards: xfx in slot 1, and 1900 in slot 3 with display connected, caused a kernel panic.![]()
slot speeds are manually configured on 06/7
4x is minimum
if the card does not appear in sys profiler in 4x slot or more, it's likely that card is either broken or does not have enough power. try it in windows?
I took 15 minutes out of my life to write your ROM.
Any chance you can find 30 seconds to tell us if it worked?
ok sounds like OSX does not recognize the card. you will probably not be able to use zeus. try dos method.
