I have a shipping date of 9/30. My account updated last night. Ready to upgrade isn’t there anymore, shows 9/23 as the day of me new payments, shows my trade in is due by 10/18 and has the new agreements. Looks like I should be receiving shipping soon.

Same here for two 14 PMs with ship date of 9/30. Received email from Verizon this morning that the promotional credit for my current 12 has ended. No Upgrade button for two current phones anymore. Hoping for shipping details soon homie
Got my tracking number earlier today. Hopefully you should be getting yours shortly.
Same here!! It still does not give an expected delivery date on the standard tracking page. HOWEVER, after logging into my UPS account, it suddenly shows an estimated delivery date of today!? Is that even possible?? No other scans have occurred after the label creation so I’m not getting my hopes up whatsoever.
Also I just realized an email came from UPS that I have a scheduled delivery from Verizon for today, so cross your fingers!!
Hoping to see something this week. I ordered my Deep Purple Pro Max 512GB on 9/14. Got a delivery date of 9/30. Hoping I will get tracking info sooner rather than later
Wow that date is better than Apple. Most people aren’t getting their Pro & Pro Max until October - November.
Anyone still waiting? I ordered 256GB Deep Purple PM on preorder day, but not until late morning/early afternoon. I received an estimated shipping date of Friday 9/23. Then on Friday 9/16, I received notice that Apple Pay was declined and I needed to update payment. My guess is my credit card expired 9/22 and I had a new credit card, that I forgot to update in Apple Pay. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to update until Sunday 9/18.
Everything worked fine, payment was charged to credit card (no longer pending on Tuesday when I checked). I received all the documents in the billing section. Even got message yesterday for new bill for this month, which includes the phone charge and discount on it. Still no shipment though on the phone! Hoping for something today since I'm officially being charged for the phone now.
Just checked my account, and have a reminder to send in my old phone by Oct 8, but phone is not showing as shipped yet. Nothing showing on UPS My Choice yet.

Anyone else no longer able to track your order through VZW app like the option to track orders has been removed entirely?

That means that a device has been assigned to you. Do you have a UPS MyChoice membership?
It may take a little while to show up. Mine didn’t show up in My Choice until the day after I got my tracking information from Verizon.
Just an update. Ordered two iPhone14 Pro Max Purples with 256 GB on 9/20 with ship date of 9/30. Ordered through Verizon. Both phones were delivered today. We LOVE them. Good luck ya’ll!
So I’m returning my gold 128gb iPhone Max. I need more storage so I ordered a silver 256gb with a ship date of 10l14. Cutting it really close to my 30 day return window. But I just got tracking info for a delivery of tomorrow.

I'm starting to feel like mine got forgotten about. I ordered on 9/9, had estimated shipping of 9/23. My credit card has been charged over a week ago, my Verizon account has the charges for the new phone on it, and I have a reminder that my trade in should be sent in by 10/9 or I may lose my trade in credit. If I don't have shipping and/or phone by 10/1, I will call about that. I figure they're probably backed up a lot in the warehouse, so trying to be patient.
