Glad you got yours so quickly!! Good to see some movement on the Purples!

I'm starting to feel like mine got forgotten about. I ordered on 9/9, had estimated shipping of 9/23. My credit card has been charged over a week ago, my Verizon account has the charges for the new phone on it, and I have a reminder that my trade in should be sent in by 10/9 or I may lose my trade in credit. If I don't have shipping and/or phone by 10/1, I will call about that. I figure they're probably backed up a lot in the warehouse, so trying to be patient.
Since we are in the same boat: paid using apple pay, cards getting declined, etc.

I was told by the Verizon rep I spoke to on Saturday (via twitter messaging) that because my payment was declined, it pushed my spot out of the 9/23 window and to the back of the line with a 10/21 expected ship date. So if I were you, I would contact Verizon via their twitter support and have them look into your order. Don't waste your time talking to someone via the Verizon app/website.

I ended up canceling my order and reordering for a different color (originally black, changed to deep purple with a 10/14 ship date).

If you don't mind sharing what size GB did you get and did you get the 14 Pro Max? I ordered during the evening on 9/23, I got the 128 GB, purple, 14 pro max and have a ship date of 10/21 so I am hoping mine could come more 10/14 like yours is. lol

Another question for anyone who has gotten multiple phones. Do they wait to ship them together or could they arrive at different times?

Both of ones I ordered Pro and Pro Max shipped at different times my husband’s Pro already came but we are waiting on my Pro Max still.

I went to talk to the local Verizon team. He needed to increase my monthly by adding some additional features, more data, etc. I really did not want to do this and he suggested buying direct from Apple since the phones are unlocked. Has anyone bought from Apple before and then brought their phone to Apple.

Laying awake and can’t sleep- so why not use Verizon Support Twitter messaging to find out status of my phone (just got email for trade in reminder that I only have 20 days to trade it in- since I only get 30 days once I receive my phone)- since phone hasn’t shipped- thought I’d make sure that doesn’t get messed up.

She was going to run a ticket- but then found that my phone (256GB Pro Max Deep Purple) is out of stock- and they are showing 10/21/22 for date (she said she’s seen them come earlier so we’ll see) - I verified that my trade in would be extended since I can’t send in my current phone without having new one- she said they don’t expect me to send it in without new one- and she would put that in the notes.

So now to be patient for another few weeks
 
Last Thursday I decided to switch 5 lines from AT&T and ordered 5 phones. 3 14 Pro 128GB (Black, Purple, Silver), a 14 Pro Max 128GB (Gold) and a 14 Plus 128GB (Starlight). I was given delivery dates ranging from Oct 7 - 21 on all phones.

This morning I got shipping notices from all 4 of the Pros and Pro Max and will be receiving them tomorrow. That is up to 3 weeks early!

Hope to get the Plus on release day next Friday.

Does anyone know why I haven’t received any tracking information and why my orders stuck at processing?? I ordered my phone on the 14th at Verizon and was given a delivery date of the 30th which is tmrw. However haven’t received any tracking information 🥲
 
I got my tracking this morning, but it’s not UPS, it’s FedEx. Coming from CA, but no info on it yet
 
I ordered the same phone same delivery date for tmrw but haven’t received any shipping information yet… not sure why…
 
Decided to call Customer Support, in case my 3:00 am twitter messaging got me to someone that didn't know much. Night support told me that phones were backordered until 10/21/22, and gave no indication as to where I was on that (assuming that means if someone orders today, it would be delivery date of 10/21/22), so decided to call to see if they had any further info. They are out of stock, but she said they are hoping for a shipment tomorrow, so hopefully I'll see something sooner than 10/21/22!

Weird I ordered a silver pro max 256gb on Monday and it’s out for delivery now. on Monday it had a delivery date of 10/14. Hoping your phone gets here sooner

I would reach out to Verizon via Twitter and have them look further into your tracking.
 
I ordered a Silver 14 Pro Max 128gb on the afternoon of launch say. Estimated delivery on the 30th.

Still don't have tracking, so chatted in curiously to see if the system wasn't updating and they told me my order was estimated to SHIP on the 30th, but no updates other than that.

I ordered a 14 Pro and that delivered a day early on the 20th.

Thanks. I assume you are only changing the phone, and everything else on your Verizon plan remains the same. Is that correct?
 
So a long shot question here. Company phone account, and I received the 'your phone is on the way' text from Verizon. Does that mean it's ordered, shipped, what?? Upgrading from a XR. No clue what color or memory was ordered. TX destination. T.I.A.

Mine is supposed to come today and ship today and apparently it will. I just got off with a Verizon rep BUT still no tracking info given…
