I'm starting to feel like mine got forgotten about. I ordered on 9/9, had estimated shipping of 9/23. My credit card has been charged over a week ago, my Verizon account has the charges for the new phone on it, and I have a reminder that my trade in should be sent in by 10/9 or I may lose my trade in credit. If I don't have shipping and/or phone by 10/1, I will call about that. I figure they're probably backed up a lot in the warehouse, so trying to be patient.
I was told by the Verizon rep I spoke to on Saturday (via twitter messaging) that because my payment was declined, it pushed my spot out of the 9/23 window and to the back of the line with a 10/21 expected ship date. So if I were you, I would contact Verizon via their twitter support and have them look into your order. Don't waste your time talking to someone via the Verizon app/website.
I ended up canceling my order and reordering for a different color (originally black, changed to deep purple with a 10/14 ship date).
