So a long shot question here. Company phone account, and I received the 'your phone is on the way' text from Verizon. Does that mean it's ordered, shipped, what?? Upgrading from a XR. No clue what color or memory was ordered. TX destination. T.I.A.

Ordered a 512GB Pro Max deep purple on 9/16. The estimated ship date is 9/30 which is today. Still, no tracking or anything, and the website still says ship by 9/30. smh 🙄

Mine (256GB PM deep purple) says estimated ship date 9/23 and still hasn’t been shipped yet.
 
Verizon saying Oct 28th for the 14PM 1TB version. Apple even a later date.

Any chance of receiving any earlier if ordered from Verizon this late in the game?
 
Shout out to FedEx who had the delivery today as my initial estimated delivery. New iPhone 14 Pro Max in purple showed Out for Delivery. Waited alllll l day for delivery notice. 6:45 pm I get an "operational delay." And delivery shifted to October 3. UPS store said FedEx did drop off earlier today.

So fedex, GFYS.
 
Thought I'd share my nightmare preorder experience with VZW: Preordered a 14PM 1TB on 9/15, estimated delivery date 10/7. It was an upgrade, and I paid off the remaining balance on the old iPhone as part of the order. Fast forward to last night, when I received a note from VZW saying that my payment on the order had been declined, and a note from my card company saying that they'd declined a duplicate charge from Verizon (one being the pending charge from 9/15, the other being a new charge on 9/30). Long story short, I spent two hours on the phone with VZW today trying to straighten out the mess, and the only remedy they could come up with after two hours was to cancel the pre-order and place a new order with a different credit card, with a new estimated delivery date of November.

Does anyone know the current shipping date for the 14 Pro Max 128GB Space Gray ordered through Verizon?

That sucks. I’m sorry you have to go through that. Have you tried reaching out via Twitter?

Got email from Verizon yesterday my phone has shipped!! Tracking doesn’t have delivery date yet- hasn’t been picked up from UPS yet as far as I can tell. But should be here soon now! (Original estimated ship date was 9/23/22)

How frustrating! Hopefully delivery will be much sooner than November.

Oh, oh. This is sounding like my order. After 3 go arounds with Verizon (and 2 weeks of time) we could not get them to tell us why the CC for the $35 charge failed. They kept kicking us up to different departments in Verizon and then to our bank, Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo said it looked good. After 2 reorders and the same failure, we finally ended up ordered direct from Apple, per @StaceyMJ86, where the same CC worked the first time for the entire price of the phone. There is some sort of corner case in Verizon's system that reject perfectly valid CCs.

I’m sorry that happened, but I’m glad you found a solution. Ordering from Apple has erased the headache I used to get when I preordered with a carrier.
