I would think the opposite would be true as the thermal envelope would be smaller on the 11” than the 12.9”.Curious if the 11” will be a little bit faster than the 12.9” due to the lower screen size.

Yeah but the GPU is pushing less pixels. I’m sure any differences are practically negligible.I would think the opposite would be true as the thermal envelope would be smaller on the 11” than the 12.9”.
Why just 128gb? What kind of work do you do that would make this storage sufficient?I’ll be I upgrading from the original 9.7 iPad Pro to the 12.9 128 WiFi model. If I can’t adjust to the added size and weight, I’ll return and get the 11, but I really want the mini LED HDR screen. I’ll also get the MKB and Pencil. I have been using my iPad as my computer for several years now.
Yeah I concur. The last time the screen made a performance difference was on the iPhone 8 Plus when it was still doing that stupid downsampling from 1242x2208 to 1080p, held over from the 6 Plus. So glad that was fixed with the Max series.Yeah but the GPU is pushing less pixels. I’m sure any differences are practically negligible.
They offered $300 for my 10.5" iPad Pro that had the white spot issue. I could have made some more ($50-$70) on Swappa considering it was a 256GB model but I didn't know how much the white spots would decrease the value. The Specialist at the store didn't even notice them. I didn't mind taking the lower value. Plus I got to keep the charger. Here’s a different question - are people trading in their previous iPad / iPad Pros as credit to use for the 2021 version or selling them privately or keeping them as a pass-down?
My 9.7” iPad Pro is the 128GB with Cellular. Apple said i can get $230 ? for it...
I have also an iPad Air 1 that is “worth” $89 in trade in ?..no way.
I’m thinking about just keeping the 9.7” as a second device for the wife.

I am planning on the 11” 256 WiFi only. Anything I get will be an improvement I still have my Air 2 from November 2014.
Yeah, I also had that ugly white blotch on my 10.5, glad I got rid of that ipad.Going with the 12.9 wifi only and passing down my 10.5 to my mother in law. Not getting a keyboard either- simply upgrading for the larger screen and jump in storage space. My 10.5 has a pretty bad, large white spot that would likely mean little to no trade in value- but it’s not noticeable in dark mode so it shouldn’t matter to the next user
I’ll be glad to see the back of it too. On mine it’s about 2 inches in diameter and a weird shape that was very distracting on white background.Yeah, I also had that ugly white blotch on my 10.5, glad I got rid of that ipad.
Yeah, I was expecting it to be down all morning?Strange less than an hour and the store is still up.
