Solid suit back on. I’m not even sure why. I guess I like it and the Sheath. Maybe I’ll keep both.

Which case will you be getting for your new XS/XS Max? [MERGED]

Mine is no problem to take off. And no peeling. Ben trying lots of cases lately and no issues.
Didn’t try that, perhaps I should have. Had a hell of a time.
You talking about the Max Symmetry Vader case? Love mine and it does not feel cheap to me.
It's also not as wide as the SS case.
For what its worth, here is my personal experience with the following 4 cases (scattered throughout this thread) in order of preference:
Caudube Sheath:
Favorite case despite its sharp edges hurting my fingers. Fantastic grip, good fit, slim profile. Feels middle of the road protective between the other options below.
Apple Leather:
My normal go to - slim fit, still new so still slippery. Favorite minimalist option. Never had a problem with it on my 6S Plus or X in terms of damage - just wanted something more for my XS Max.
Rhinoshield SolidSuit:
Feel bad about this one as I like many things about it. The slippery factor is what kills it for me, hard to grip. Feels well made and protective.
Otterbox Symmetry:
Just arrived today. Least favorite. Better grip than Rhinoshield, but feels cheap. Rubber at bottom above ports sags, cutout above the “notch” just annoys me for some reason. Feels like it would be protective, but just something about it bugging me. Doesn’t seem well made compared to above 3 options.
Again, just my own preference. To each their own and opinions vary.

Yea man, I think I just got a bad one unfortunately! I returned my Carbon SS, and I might try the classic black, and just switch between that and the apple leather case. I’m so indecisive!
This case has caught my eye for a while now! Does it add a lot of width? It just looks so cool! That Carmine color they have looks beautiful, as does this slate!
Damnit now I have to try the same.
The buttons already feel a lot better than the Symmetrys - which are so much more mooshy

I posted pics and description in this thread that moves faster than Juice can swap cases...LOL!!!
Basically, I scuffed the sides with a bench grinder wire wheel brush. Now it is extremely Grippy. I have another Sheath that has not been modified and it feels slick compared to the Modded one.
Nomad customer services refuse to alter the shipping value (which i can understand). So by the time i get the case i would have paid $70 (why cant we have free trade between US and UK).
Still no sign of Symmetry Darth Vader on Amazon or Otterbox UK.

I didn’t know you had to pay in Europe when recieving something from US. My two Nomad cases came in from the US and I didn’t pay anything. I live in the Netherlands.

In the meantime they keep sticking by “before the end of the year” but each day that goes by and they say nothing I assume that’s less and less likely.
