Hi guys, I'm undecided whether to take the Apple silicone case or not.
Today I saw the Blue Horizon, in a video review, and I must say that it’s a very nice shade of blue.
3 questions for you:
1) is it resistant to shocks and standard falls or deteriorates easily, on the daily usage?
2) the rear camera is sufficiently protected by a decent amount of thickness or not?
3) does it offer a good grip?
Thank you in advance for your answers!!

Just placed an order with amazon for 3 cases.
Ordered a speck grip in gray, mujjo leather in tan and this one below.
Saw one review on the site and said it was great as it’s so thin on the sides. Still kind of want a navy Sheath but I feel like that 6’ drop protection is a lie.

my local one appeared out of stock for the standard colors (i didn't look carefully but i did see a spot for the violet one). they did have both the Darth Vader and Stormtrooper Star Wars ones which are the slimmer version.

I have a quick question about these drop test ratings. If a manufacturer states that a certain case has 6' drop protection (like the Caudabe Sheath), does that mean any fall shorter than that is safe? The reason I ask is because I'm only 5'10" and, besides my three uncles, I'm the tallest person in my family. Since I don't talk to any of my uncles, they'll never handle my phone, so any drop that happens will be from no higher than 5'10". (The only other person that ever touches my phone is my 5-year-old niece, but she's only 3'.) Am I safe?

99% of these drop test ratings are nothing more than marketing fluff and I think most have never been tested at all.
Just my opinion.

Nice ! Wish I had ordered some blue buttons but I didn't. :(

Love those counter tops.

Sorry guys, none of you have had an Apple silicone case so as to clarify my doubts?

I have 3. I like them (got them for $20 each) but absolutely hate the lint factor and the open bottom cut out. It’s hit or miss, I think it would survive a drop but the open bottom scares me as a wrong angle could ruin the bottom (and I don’t have apple care lol)

To answer your questions:

1. It’s pretty durable and I don’t think it would peel or detoriate but I do notice with my black one it discolors with just regular holding

2. The camera has a good lip around it, won’t touch the table when it lays flat.

3. Best grip out there I think!

Any experiences with the Evutec carbon cases? I found one at Target and bought it and it seems really nice, but I rarely see anyone discussing them. Wondering if there is something I'm missing and they fall apart or something, because it seems really nice. Protective and pretty thin. Comes with a carmount too.

I'll try to post some pics on the phone later if anyone wants.

I tried this case and it was my second favorite, the Sheath being my first choice, I just could not get over the finger prints and constantly wiping the case to remove them
