Which case will you be getting for your new XS/XS Max? [MERGED]

Is the Caudabe tight around the edges? The Silk looks nice, but don’t like that it doesn’t have a tight fight around the camera lens cutout. Does the Caudabe have a tight fit around the lens?
Caudabe running another sale- Older phone better discounts on the cases
I am afraid that the Sheath may be to similiar to the Evutec I got ( thanks colorado guy). Can anyone comment on that ?

The first of two out of six China cheapo‘s I ordered arrived today… Red one is a POS. The other is OK.
Not sure which Evutec you got but I switched from my Sheath to the Evutec AER or whatever it’s called. Grip and size and everything is perfect for me.
I appreciate your input. I do love my Evutec AER, perhaps I'll save that purchase of the Sheath and put it towards a more protective case for the time I need one.
Any thoughts on the Mous, leaning that way, but from all the descriptions from others the sides sound slippery.
does anyone tried this oem verizon branded leather case?it doesnt have the bottom cutout i might get one.

I am waiting on a Blue XS Sheath with the correct cutouts, so I am in contact with Caudabe pretty regular about this. I guess we need to know which phone you are referring to since my info only relates to the XS Sheath.
As of right now, all the XS Sheaths all have the correct button and camera cutouts. But only the XS Black Sheath has the correct speaker cutouts.
Looks very interesting. Bottom is covered too.

In terms of looks, at least from the back, it looks similar to the Nomad Rugged or RhinoShield SolidSuit leather. When you get it, can you please let us know how the buttons feel?

I’ve mentioned this before in the thread so forgive me for sounding like a broken record. What’s weird is I loved my Sheath when I had my X. Gave me just enough grip. But on the Max I felt I needed more grip, I guess cuz of the size. The Evutec for me added the perfect amount of thickness without feeling too big, and it has a great texture on the back so it’s not slippery. I tend to have dry hands so everything feels slippery to me. Plus the magnets in the back allow for wireless charging which was a huge win for me.
That said, the case-a-holic in me still wants to try the K11 that I preordered. On my X I had the Sheath and the bumper and that was it. So I’m still.... curious.

I wound up getting the Smart Battery Case. I don't know if I'm going to keep it. My mind keeps changing throughout the day. The buttons aren't as responsive as the Smart Battery Case for my iPhone 7. I usually end the day with about 60-70% battery left, so I'm not sure if I need this case.
Is this for the XS? If so, can I ask when you got the Blue one? I have been waiting on the XS Blue Sheath with the correct cutout for months.
I'm back in the Sheath. The Smart Battery Case will be going back in the morning. I would say my top five cases I have are:
1. Caudabe Sheath
2. Vaja Grip
3. Pitaka MagCase
4. Nomad Rugged
5. Apple leather (forest green)
I considering buying a RhinoShield SolidSuit (more so now after playing around with my coworker's), but I feel like the lanyard hole on the side are an extra (and unnecessary) spot for dust to get trapped. But I am really, really impressed with the buttons.

I ended up returning mine for the same reason. Just didn’t feel like i needed it
Forgot to comment on Mous. I got that case for my wife cuz of the drop test videos. She likes it. She got the shell background. I like it too but the top and bottom lips would probably look too big on an already big phone. The back of the phone is pretty slick, but the sides are.... fine. Not super grippy and not slick.
Overall I like my Evutec better.
