Cool, thanks! Does the leather feel cheap on the mous?

I’m no leather expert, but I wasn’t wow’d by the leather that Mous uses. I’m not even sure they advertise it as real leather? Feels kind of slick and man-made. It hasn’t broken in yet after roughly 2 months of use.

Personally I have no complaints about the buttons on the Miracase. My Caudabe Sheath and Ringke Fusion are my most responsive. The Miracase is a close second.

The Miracase buttons are kinda “flush” with the sides, but with the buttons have hollowed out borders. Not sure how it explain more clearly...but check out the pictures on Amazon. There are some complaints on Amazon about the button area ripping.. So not sure how durable that area is, especially for people rough on cases or if I keep swapping cases.

Edit: I think the Miracase will be my permanent case. The lips are higher than the Sheath. And to me, the case feels solid. I briefly tried the Speck Presidio Pro and didn’t like the silicone feel (too thin and not the soft feel I was expecting) and the case felt flimsy despite the drop ratings.. And compared to the Sheath, I like the thicker rounded sides making the Miracase feel more comfortable in my hands. Extended use of the Sheath, the edge “digs” into my hands a little more.
Sigh... Now I like the looks of the miracase....too many choices...

go that route it's carbon fiber all the way.

If you had to purchase it again, do you think you’d go for the Carbon fibre style instead ?

I've decided on either the solidsuit or the mous limitless 2.0. Who can tell me about the difference in finishes? I'm liking the looks of the leather mous or the leather or microfiber solidsuit.

And for what it's worth I'm currently using a symmetry.
If I had to choose between those two cases, I would choose the SolidSuit. Although I don’t have the case, my coworker does, and I can’t get over how amazing the buttons feel. However, that might not be as important to you as it is for me. Although the back of the phone feels great, I should warn you that what others have said on here about the sides being slippery are very true (there’s a reason some call it the SlipperySuit). Three reasons I wouldn’t buy it are as follows:
1. I actually prefer cases with no lip protection, and this case’s lip is too much for me.
2. The case is really hard to remove, and I like changing cases depending on the occasion.
3. There’s a hole for a lanyard on the side of the case, and it looks like it’s another spot for dust to get trapped inside (besides the hole for the lock switch).

Which cases do you use then?

Thank you. Do you know what finish he has? I'm curious about the leather.
She has the brushed silver. It has a soft feel, like the Apple silicone.

I keep going back to the Sheath. I tried going back to the Nomad Rugged on Saturday (and thought it would be my new daily driver), but I couldn’t even make it through the entire weekend. The case is nice, but the buttons are so flush with the sides that it frustrated me. I’m using the Vaja as my special occasion case.

Got my mujjo today and I'll be sending it back. I don't know why Sena and mujjo can't replicate the apple case but both of those companies have zero lip at the bottom. It's really too bad because the leather used by both is much nicer than the apple case imo but the lack of any front lip at the bottom corners is to much for me.

If only apple would use their leather, or if either company could replicate apples design... Perfect leather case.
I’ve actually noticed the “no lip on bottom” from YouTube reviews vids which was my only concern, but once I’ve gotten mine delivered today via Amazon, it had an even lip all around. So maybe there are some good batches out there.

Went with the solidsuit in microfiber. I'll report back once it arrives.

I have the microfiber SS and the Mous Limitless with carbon fiber. I use the Mous on the daily. Both are slick. Both feels super solid. Both feel like a minimalist design but protected. The SS feels wider to me. Not sure if it is but that was the difference for me.
I bought some strips, I think they are called and they make a world of difference on the slicker cases. They provide grip wherever you want them. I put them along the sides of the phone case and now the slickness of the Mous doesn’t bother me. And if I go back to the SS. I will do the same.

Mine does as well and i'm actually really happy with my Mujjo case. There is one downside I have been experiencing though. In really cold weather the side buttons almost freeze up and become absolutely impossible to push down so I can't lock my phone. Saving it for when it warms up :p

Just started using the nomad rugged case in black. Very nice quality leather, similar to the Apple leather in my opinion, and decent drop protection. I’ll use it for a few days and decide if I want to keep it.

You don't mind the buttons being flush with the sides? I thought I could live with it because I don't really use the power button (I just tap the screen and swipe up), but I use the volume buttons often. I agree about the leather - it's really nice quality. I like the way the sides feel, too. Besides the Spigen Neo Hybrid I have, I felt the safest while using the Nomad Rugged.

So far (very short time) the buttons are fine for me as they are very clicky.

The only thing I don’t like are the symmetrical cutouts at the bottom

Have the Sheath and the Apple leather now, but maybe looking for a third case.

Looking forward to your final review. :)

Only thing I do not like is the leather is overly sensitive. There are scratches everywhere after under 24 hours

The case i keep coming back to is otterbox symmetry. Everytime i use it i love it even more.

I ran solidsuit leather as a daily driver for few weeks but the peeling issue put me off. Contacted their support and they wanted me to pay for shipment for replacement as they refuse to acknowledge its a manufacturing fault. In the bin it went.

Apple Leather and Otterbox Symmetry (both in black) is all i have now lol.

I am from Spain so getting the sheath was not that easy if we compare it getting it on amazon.
The fit is nice the holes could be a little bit better nothing dramatic
The case is slim and feels so nice ! That so many here use it is well deserved !

Was planning to work with Caudabe to review some of their cases on my channel but I have lost all respect for them. They basically told me they rather send their cases to larger creators who feature their cases in an "Whats in my Tech Bag Video" w/b-roll footage than have a video review focused on their cases...WAIT WHAT???

That’s a bummer, Tee.

I sent Caudabe my feedback about this and linked them to your post. I prefer the smaller YT channels—when it comes to reviews. More personal and smaller creators actually have time to answer questions. I actually ended up purchasing the Sheath, with the help of a smaller channel Caudabe posted on their Facebook page?? o_O
