For me yea it’s kinda slick. It made me miss the texture on the Sheath. Buttons are fine from what I remember; I didn’t leave it on too long. It wasn’t bulky at all. More or less the same as the Sheath.

I’ve been tempted to try that case but haven’t yet. I thought I read in the reviews that the grip wasn’t all that, but I’m not really sure.
I’m trying to decide what to do with my UAG. I bought it and the texture is nice but it’s a little bulky. I’m thinking I’ll probably return it and if I don’t like that K11 I’ll repurchase it.
Who knows... I’ll probably change my mind tomorrow. Lol.
It was me. I had the problem on both of my SolidSuits for iPhone X. It’s a shame they didn’t fix it. Have a look at the reviews of the X version on Amazon. More people have quality issues...I’ve got sad news my fellow case lovers. Who was it that said these solid suit cases start to peel after a while? I think it’s starting to happen to me. If you zoom in you can see where it’s starting to separate (as well as the added grip they put on the sides). I can only imagine that it will get worse. This is super disappointing for me. Now I get that I probably take the case on and off more than the average person but still. This sucks. Not sure if I’m returning yet. We shall see.
This makes me want to stick to my Nomad Rugged even more! No quality issues at all after 9 to 10 months of daily use.
SolidSuit problems guys. Got mine yesterday and the on/off button is faulty. It feels very “mushy” and when I press it I keep getting Siri. Then this morning when I got in my car I couldn’t turn the phones screen off. No matter how I pressed the button there was no response. Going to return it I’m afraid. I tried taking the case off and back on again but same problem.
I have it for my max. Mediocre, not a tight fit to the phone at allAnyone try this? With Kung-Fu GRIP?? lol. But if it works, it works.

If the finger prints were not an issue, it would have been my favorite case by far.
Trying to think of there is something I could put on the back to prevent finger prints....
If the peeling gets really bad I’ll contact a Rhinoshield for an exchange. It has to have a warranty. Or maybe I’ll just return it. Idk
With the case off push the button from the outside in. It’s designed to come off so that you can change button colors. Then pop it back in and see if it’s better.
I contacted them when my X version of the case peeled. They replaced it after I sent a few pictures of it. However, the second one started peeling too after a few times removing it from my phone...
So maybe ask for a refund if you don’t want to risk it again. Good luck!

Im going to order regardless of fingerprint issue. Will have to tame my OCD.

Not my pics but it appears there is plenty of lip.
Im sold lol. What do use to clean the fingerprints? Microfibre cloth? I hope its easy to install and remove. Will place an order today. Plus it will cost me cheaper than SS Leather lol.
The lip is lowered on the sides and bottom to allow for smoother swiping.
The blacked out Monarch is also a fingerprint magnet on the back.
Not as bad as the Pitaka but it does show fingerprints/smudges on that flat black finish.

Does that compromise protection. My heart skips beats when my lil man grabs my phone lol.
It’s debatable. If it falls on a flat surface it should be fine since the corners are raised. Just like the Apple case. But if it hits just right it could be an issue there. Just like the Apple case.
Mind is pretty made up that once DBrand releases the grip 2.0 for Xr, it will be a skin (they don’t show fingerprints) and the grip going on the phone
I have wanted a Simply Carbon Fiber case ever since I saw it, but I can't stand that ugly logo. It looks like a graphic designer stuck in the late 90s designed it. I'm surprised they didn't call it Ximply Carbon Fiber since everyone was adding the letter X to everything to make it sound "to the extreme!"The blacked out Monarch is also a fingerprint magnet on the back.
